The best answer is that experts--such as they are--don't know for sure how long natural immunity will last. Some say 6 or more months, others a year or more, and some say maybe far longer. At this point they don't have sufficient data to say for sure.
To date, the reinfection rate is 0.6% and those few that did get it a second time had much milder symptoms.

Doctors and hospitals will track this carefully. That is what science does. The rightys will ignore them and believe in what Right-wing gnus will tell them while screaming that science is biased and Infowars and Fox are not.
