Donald Q. Trump is suing Facebook under 47 USA 230 claiming it requires Facebook to give him free access....

Maybe in his fantasy land, but I read it.. Where does it say that? Does he know judges can read? He will lose, once again badly, then blame the biased judge.

Who file frivolous lawsuits? Requplicans thats who.

I thought Republicans believed in the letter of the law? Where is there anything about allowing everyone on their platform?

He is also suing with the idea that to throw him off their platforms violates his first amendment rights. The problem he will have there is they also have first amendment rights and as such do not have to associate with or allow his speech on their platforms.

How is Facebook "the Government"? The only person you have first Amendment rights from is the government.

He knows that his supporters will not read it, much less understand it.

There are no lawsuits filed by a Donald Q Trump. Are you referring to the lawsuit filed by Donald J Trump? He is correct. Section 230 protections require Facebook to treat all users equally, or they lose Section 230 protections, leaving them open to a slander suit. In my opinion, they've already lost those protections.
Maybe in his fantasy land,
His argument is sound.

Section 230.
Does he know judges can read?
Yes.

If the judge is biased, he should.

Lots of people. Bigotry.

Not the argument.

By accepting graft money and influence from the federal government to censure, they have elevated themselves to the level of a psuedo government agency attached to the federal government. This places them under the requirements of the Constitution related to the first amendment.

Further, to enjoy Section 230 protections, they must treat all users equally. Failing to do so and impose their own opinion and censorship for political reasons, takes them outside of Section 230 protections, leaving them open to a slander suit.

Trump and Biden differ on most issues, but both agree that Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act needs to go. Biden has openly called for its repeal.

They need to prove that the Tech Oligarchs [exactly what they are] have been colluding with the government which would make them agents of the government in the same sense that Biden is a Chinese communist agent. Or when it was falsely claimed that Trump was a Russian agent.

An example would be with the literal propaganda over the lab origin theory: the official government position was that the lab origin theory was a ‘conspiracy theory’. Consequently, the Oligarchs *did the governments work* in *censoring* any talk of the lab origin theory on their platforms.

That shouldn’t be too hard to prove.

Trump was harmed personally when the Oligarchs did the identical thing with the *legitimate story* with Hunters laptop. It is STILL a legitimate story but neither the Oligarchs nor the media will report on it.

So basically, all Trump’s team needs to do is find a precedent. Should be interesting.

That’s not even close to what they allege in their lawsuit?!?

You sound more kookie than usual, get help for your delusions.
