The Justice Department says at least 230 of them have been charged with the same obstruction-of-Congress crime to which Hodgkins pleaded guilty.

The judge said Hodgkins got of easy because he plead guilt early and apologized for his actions. The shitheads that are going to fight this in court will get much longer sentences. How the dumbshits are going to plead not-guilty when their fucking pictures will be there for all to see is amazing. Trumpers are so fucking stupid.

So, witnessing violence is a crime to?

Everyone agrees the actually violent 1/6 rioters deserve the full force of the law. But non-violent first time offenders—should be treated like non-violent first time offenders. If nothing else, this person should have had a speedy trial in like—February, once it became apparent he wasn’t engaged in the violence.

There’s no excuse, especially when so many of the actually violent leftists go Scott free. If they are even apprehended.
