Ya know, I was gonna make this a long one, but I have to go to Best Buy, so I'm just gonna make 1 point and present one theory to you and let you get on with your day.
The point: The 2 most prominent "vocal anti-vaxxers" I ever encountered were cackling kamala and president potato head.
The theory: I was vaccinated in late April. Florida has been opening up nicely for quite awhile(thanks to Gov. DeSantis), and the CCP virus seemed to be slacking off precipitously. Still had to make an appointment to stand in line, but it didn't take that long. About this time, we're hearing the southern border gates are being thrown open, and thousands of illegals in their "BIDEN, LET US IN!" T-shirts are flooding into the country. And let me reiterate, these are thousands of
untested, undiagnosed and unvaccinated illegals in their "BIDEN, LET US IN!" T-shirts. A few weeks later(aka an "incubation period"), COVID cases are headed for the stratosphere like jeff bezo's giant dick rocket.
Meanwhile back at JPP, according to lefties who don't even play doctors on TV, the ONLY cause for this sudden spike in case loads is unvaccinated Trump supporters. Now, as a fully vaccinated Trump supporter, I am taking great pleasure in listening to the weeping and gnashing of teeth of(supposedly)fully vaccinated democrats, lamenting the genocide of the American people essentially because of Trump. And that is the heart of my theory. I think a lot of righties are already vaxed, and they're not saying anything because they enjoy poking you with a stick through the bars of that cage you're in. I find it hilarious that concart, for example, has contact with a "fat, old, white guy in a MAGA hat on a ventilator and a break through case", and now he's running around trying to get tested. Why take the shot? There ARE risks involved! Do you think I got the jabs because some politician or FOX news talking head told me to? Fuck no! I talked to my doctor about MY specific case(and because I'm generally pro-vaccine anyway).
Nobody likes to be talked down to, especially when it's done in such a demeaning way. I would think that this would be a more fertile ground for complete revolt(assuming you actually were concerned about Trump supporters getting vaccinated). Here's a thought: millions of ancient, sick and feeble elderly Americans rolled up their sleeves and got the shot. I would imagine many of them consulted their doctors and loved ones first. I did the same thing(even though I'm not quite ancient). Us older folks don't have a lot to lose, but if you're younger(especially of child bearing age), or even if you just have a whole shitload of life left in you, ASK QUESTIONS OF PROFESSIONALS, AND GET VACCINATED IF IT'S IN YOUR BEST INTEREST. Or don't. I don't care. Just please stop trying to politicize the damn issue.
