The Inside Edition narrator said that the girl was fighting with his sister.
The part in question is from :42 to :57.
And you'll have to click "Watch on YouTube" because we're too delicate nowadays to witness physical confrontation of any kind.
So really.... if he was defending his sister, it's hard to hold or use that against him.
I think just about any brother of a girl would do that.
