It's a crappy metaphor, but it is a metaphor. I watched the video. Waters didn't call for the assassination of Fauci. Anyone with a brain can see that. He used a metaphor for to call for a journalistic ambush to do a "Gotcha" on Fauci. So, the OP in this thread is pure bullshit.
