Does anybody here regret their vote for Joe Biden for President?

Ugh. No. Not every solution to correct overheated inflation is going to crash the economy. Wage and price controls calm inflation, but they can also cause recession and job losses. A reduction in money supply by decreasing bond prices and increasing interest rates is not going to crash the economy. Increasing banks' reserve requirements is not going to crash the economy. I'm usually not a big fan of calling in government debts or increasing interest rates on bonds, but neither is going to crash the economy.

There was a plan for withdrawal from Afghanistan. That's what was executed. It wasn't perfect, which means you people are going to call it a complete failure. Had not one casualty occurred, you people still would be calling it a complete failure. The war is over.

Putin controls Biden? But not Trump. Get the fuck outta here with that bullshit.

You're claiming that Biden said we're done with COVID, but you don't know what he said nor when he said nor have a source for it.

^^ A perfectly molded culty dumbass. Absolutely no clue in the world how the people who tell him what to say decided what to tell him what to say. ^^

The fed has already announced they WILL increase rates AND discontinue QE next month and contusing beyond that and begin to reduce its balance sheet (sell off the bonds its been buying for QE. This will cause a recession at the very least and because they are a day late and a dollar short they will initiate a Bullwhip Effect spiraling the problem due to half measures.

If there's a recession, it's to correct the over inflation. There is no policy correction that is predetermined to crash the economy.

But let's say there was. Let's proceed with your asinine assertion that every solution to correct high inflation is going to crash the economy. What, then, would you have the administration do? What's your plan for a problem that you claim has no solution?

and by intentionally turning us from a net petroleum exporter back to dependant on imported oil they made it more expensive to move goods from where it is to where it needs to go.......that effects prices at every level from production to consumption......

I don't know where the fuck you get your figures but the U.S. is a petroleum exporter. We may still import lots of oil because we refine it and sell it to other countries but when all said and done we export more petroleum products than we import. We are also the worlds number 1 producer and produce just about twice as much as Saudi Arabia.

So, you voted for the moron who said this?

Donald Trump when asked what his plan is for the next four years. August 27th, 2020:
“I think, I think it would be, I think it would be very, very, I think we’d have a very, very solid, we would continue what we’re doing and we have other things on our plate…”

And the right likes to say Biden is losing it. No president made less sense than the orange asshole.

Growth is high, wages are up & we're close to full employment.

Inflation is global. Are you suggesting the American President can do anything about inevitable post-pandemic global inflation?

Inflation is the ONLY thing that the right can bitch about now and every credible economist out there will tell you that this inflation is not due to Biden and it's rarely if ever the result of the president experiencing it.

There is always some sort of "explanation" for good economic news.

Fact: Bush, Bush Jr. & Trump all trashed the economy. Clinton, Obama, and Biden all brought it back.

That's truth right there. That's history.

The unemployment rate went down under Obama (3.3%) up under Trump (1.6%) and down again under Biden (2.4%) in his first year.

You can really ask it in a two part question:

1) do you regret your vote

2) do you think he's doing a good job

Based on poll numbers the answer to both of those can be No

For sh*ts and giggles the real question you can ask Democrats is if they regret their vote in the primary. Because unless you think Biden was the only person capable of beating Trump would you rather have Sanders, Warren etc. as your President if you think they would have beaten him.

We elected our best choice

It worked

The Republican Party cheats and we have too few Democrats in office to overpower your racist foreign influenced democracy hating cult

We will fight until we can no longer fight

You will try and kill democracy out right

It’s who the Republican Party is now

dude, stop lying....under Obama unemployment was up for the first five years of his presidency.........unemployment hit a 40 year low under Trump.......Biden still hasn't achieved the employment numbers Trump had in 2019 before Covid caused governors to send workers home......
