If I'm bigger and stronger than you and tell you to give me all your money or I'll beat you up. If you give me your money did you do it voluntarily? No you were coerced to give it you. If the government tells you you have to get a vaccine or lose your job you are being coerced or forced to do something you don't want to do. I can't make it any simpler for you retard.

They do damage that won't let the "offending" businesses get back into operation quickly. They'll cite you for something that takes two days to fix but won't come back to clear you for nine or ten weeks. They're a serious problem.

We still have the right to privacy under the 4th amendment, which has nothing to do with murdering babies we still have HIPPA laws as well.

Nobody believes your stats when people are actually informed about Roe and the realities of abortion they oppose it, run a real poll asking if we should be able to abort babies with a heart beat and see how many people support it. This is representative democracy in action rhe people voted for their representatives who in turn nominated and ratified the appointment of the Justices who overturned the bad law of Roe.

Abortion isn't a right but in reality much of the federal bill of rights has not been incorporated into the states through the 14th amendment. Incorporation is actually a relatively new judicial philosophy, most rights are enshrined both in the federal and state constitutions.

Where was the right to privacy when it came to vaccine status? Roe only applied to the right to privacy specifically and narrowly to the abortion issue

Did Alitos ruling retroactively make anti-sodomy laws constituonal? No. It narrowly only applies to Roe, there is plenty of case law and stare decisis establishing the right to bodily autonomy outside of Roe and the non-existant right to privately murder babies.
