He hasn't made use of his vastly superior air-power or his heaviest weapons.

Sure they are.......
Even if they were really reservists, they are not trained and not equipped. At best they are fodder for Putins ambitions. And that is why men are deserting the country by the 10's of thousands.
If Putin said they were fully trained and equipped troops, you would gladly suck up his lies, as you do for those of trump.
