Typically, Mavericks tend to pretend to be open minded about the other side of the aisle just to get elected in a close race.

After the Dubyah debacle, a handful of Republicans claimed to be Democrats just to get elected.

Manchin is not a Democrat. He barely supports Dem issues in a deep Red state. I'm not even sure why he doesn't just run as a Republican?

Not sure why McCain used the moniker? He was just another run of the mill Republican who was pro war, and anti taxes/abortion.

It took a death sentence for him to vote down trump's attempt to take health insurance away from millions of Americans.

The cult will continue to parrot trump's lies like Zymurgy does. Not sure what went on behind closed doors, but those who flipped on trump and will testify won't be charged. I think Rudy skates. Not sure about the others.

I cannot wait to find that M.T. Greene was the one who brought terrorists into the Capitol on Jan 4/5 and helped them case the building.

Plenty of Republicans have no interest in having him run but in primaries you don't have to win all the votes, just get enough.

Ultimately politics is a game and its all about winning. That's what the two parties exist to do. And Democrats want Trump to run because he's the worst Republican candidate. But when you play with fire there is that chance, even if it's a very small one...

I'm curious about this notion that educated people want boring in a President. I have in mind those who think America fundamentally needs to change and we have not faced or dealt with our countries demons. Were someone to address that ever be considered boring? Someone calling out America and her sins would likely take a lot of incoming fire. Could that happen while staying under the radar?

He CAUSED the economic depression that lasted through his two terms in office and year into Trump's administration. He even called it the 'New Normal'.
Obamacare attempted to nationalize health insurance, destroying much of the industry and raising prices for health insurance dramatically.

How could Democrats stop him from running? If you can tell me that I’ll get on it. The answer is they can’t Neither can Republican establishment. So no one is ‘playing with fire’. That happened a long time ago. Democrats TRIED to stop him. Republicans wouldn’t allow it. This is 100.% the fault of Republican cowards. Had they simply voted to convict him he would not have been eligible to run.

This is not a game. This could be the end of the American experiment. It is in the hands now of the voters. You are either for Trump or against him. If you do not vote for the Democratic candidate you are for Trump. That is the reality. You can vote for a third party and pretend to be noble or you can cast a vote to save the country. Pretty easy choice in my book.

Biden has done that. It is the main reason for his low popularity. Biden steered the country through a pandemic that was killing thousands every single day. He kept NATO United through a war that threatened to engulf Europe. He managed to pass major legislation in the face of fierce opposition. And he has managed a difficult economic environment without putting us in a major recession. And what does he get for his trouble. He gets labeled a pedophile and faces a totally bogus ‘investigation’ featuring an indicted felon as their star witness. All because he has called out MAGA Republicans. Sorry but only one party is the bad guy. And they are truly and deeply lost.
