Finding: Mr Pretti’s death was a homicide

It was his phone. He pulled the WRONG move when struggling with police.
I'm not certain that this shooting will be considered justified when it is all said and done. This one we may actually see in the courts. I watched the agent walk away with his gun, then watched two people shoot him and I am not sure if they were justified. While they may assume he may still be armed even without that gun, both his arms were being held when the bullets started flying and it will be difficult to understand how they thought there was imminent danger.

Your not sure

Right

Homicide is an act in which a person causes the death of another person. A homicide requires only a volitional act, or an omission, that causes the death of another, and thus a homicide may result from accidental, reckless, or negligent acts even if there is no intent to cause harm

How did he film himself from a distance

He didn't. The images are not from ICE, they are from folks nearby with phones. You posted "an altered image", my point was it was not altered or even produced by ICE. It is not evidence that ICE "lost" the gun nor did they say he had the gun in his hand.

From what I saw on the video he had a phone in one hand and his glasses in the other.

And it can be justified homicide.

Again, we know how he died, we watched it. Saying it was "ruled" as homicide like we were questioning that is just more ignorant nonsense.

Who posted it as evidence that Pretti needed murdering?

It’s a crime

Even if it was caused by utter incompetence
