It's probably more than that.... No one is actually going to read Jill's book..even if they buy it.... She already gave way all the good parts....

If you don't think Nancy and Barbara were arrogant, you're just willfully ignorant.

Why don't you link up to Jill expecting everyone to call her Doctor? Because I googled it and the only articles I found were that she uses the title in her professional life. Certainly nothing about "expecting everyone."
