10 pages? At this point, we are at 10 YEARS. Trump claimed that he lost the 2016 popular vote because of 3 million illegal votes. Yet another election fraud claim neither he nor the conspiratorial arm of the Right has ever backed up.

I don't need to. The lack of evidence, combined with the inability of anyone, in any state, to actually find the millions of claimed fraudulent votes is all I need to form an opinion.
Does it really matter? Any Republican who gets elected there will not be able to pass anything. He will just be a figure to blame for everything going wrong.
In any case I dont think LA can be saved anymore. Detroit had the auto industry. LA has the movie industry. Theatre sales has not picked up, China has their own movies now and are even dabbling in AI daytime dramas, at most movies come out to streaming now which has a very different revenue model. The movie industry is going the way of the auto industy as the world catches up to hollywood.

If Pratt won the City Council wouldn't have worked with him, at the same time L.A. has a strong Mayor system so he would have had the ability to change things.
I'd push back on the Detroit comparison. Yes Hollywood is important to L.A., but their economy is much more diversified than Detroit's ever was.

Regardless of who wins mayor now, Bass or Raman, LA is fucked. Nothing will change for the better, and it's very likely things will get worse. The harder LA pushes politically to the Left, the worse off that city will be.
Hollywood is leaving LA as fast as that industry can afford to. It's a dying industry there.

Bass has already shown her incompetence and Raman would be no better. And with the highest poverty rate, highest unemployment rate and a massive homeless issue the state has a lot of issues. At the same time, people have been predicting California's demise for quite awhile. Aerospace and agriculture aren't gone. The AI revolution is being led from here. I could go on but opportunity still exists here.

I live here and do not like at all how the state is run. The challenges are very real but at the same time you are overstating the demise of all the industries.California is in decline.
