When you have 85% of all K-12 teachers, administrators, etc., in the system you end up with schools that have zero male teachers. This is a problem because it becomes a one-side perspective socially. Men and women socialize differently. They have different perspectives. A school with no or almost no male role models for male students is a huge problem.

That is not what you said and i replied to. Just adding more males does not suggest you will get more than 15% who are "competant" in those areas. The main reason is the pay structure. So unless you are supporting much higher pay structure for these teachers then men and women with those competencies will likely take jobs where they get paid more for those skills.

Do you support more pay for them?

Historically, yes to a degree.

Moreso, the history of the US was that women (and PoC) were not afforded the same opportunities as males (white males), due to restrictions and prejudice, and that lead to them mostly pursuing the jobs men (white men) did not want, which tended to be the ones with substandard wages.

As those restrictions have been lifting the last few decades women are not just pursuing but out competing men in almost one hundred percent of areas, in terms of education and jobs. Although they are not exceeding in all areas yet, the trajectory and curves of their attainment and growth are clear.

I do not live in a "conservative" area, dear. Our county votes blue. We have a university stocked with proto-liberals, international students, and Leftist commie professors. It is true that other than the occasional child porn arrests and meth lab busts, we live in a safe area. That's not because of MAGATs. It's because of low population density and people who grew up being civil and polite to each other. It also helps that hunting is a popular activity here so most households have a firearm or two, as we do too, although we don't hunt.
