I think we would all have a hard time finding much to qualify Pratt to do anything. If you disagree, maybe you should share with us what you think his qualifications are. It is not Cypress' job to list all the qualifications that Pratt does not have.
Pratt recently had a ghostwriter write his memoir, "The Guy You Loved to Hate: Confessions from a Reality TV Villain", where contains his claims that he enjoys being evil and even a criminal. Is that one of the qualifications you would list for him?

Let's breakdown all the facts that Sailor got wrong, starting with the claim UCLA is easy to get into. UCLA's acceptance rate is 9%, and dropping fast. That puts it well within the "extremely selective" range. There is not a more selective category.
Cornell has an acceptance rate of 8.4%, and in many ways it is similar to Cornell. Cornell is sometimes called the "party school of the Ivy League", but it is clearly not a conventional party school. Both are not considered party schools, but rather "work hard, play hard" schools. Students often party, after putting in a 90 hour week of hard work.
UCLA is ranked 17th nationally, and 2nd of public schools (Cornell is ranked 12th nationally). That is a great number, and it is rising. It is doing so well because it is connected to the major hub of new industry in America. America's new industrial base is being developed in El Segundo. This puts anything technical from UCLA in high demand.
There is no road to future prosperity for America that does not go through California. The tech sector is centered around San Francisco, and the future industrial sector is centered around LA.

There used to be a meme, that showed a down syndrome kid running and had the words, "Debating on the internet is like winning the Special Olympics, even if you win, you still are retarded."
That being said, I clearly won this debate. UCLA is very much on the rise, from a good spot. It is the epicenter university for America's attempt to become an industrial powerhouse. US News has it second only to UC Berkley in public schools, for obvious reasons.
The University of California system has been an engine for innovation and economic growth in a way that the University of Mississippi system never was.
It might even be better than the Ivy League at this point. It is really amazing.
I'm not going to put Cal-Berkley or UCLA up there with Harvard and Princeton. But they are probably very competitive with the lower tier Ivy League schools.

Princeton definitely has a better quality education, but Berkley and UCLA definitely are comparable when it comes to being engines of innovation.
Education is the silver bullet, and they really do not get it.
I went to college before everyone received As and/or Bs.
I graduated from LSU. I was in the top 15% of the National Board Examinations, part II.
Also worked with a Harvard grad as his supervisor at the Anchorage Community Health Center when I was the director there. Guy was useless.
Education is used to indoctrinate when it should be teaching how to think. You were told to hide under your desk to survive a nuclear attack from the USSR. Kids in West Virginia and Mississippi were learning how to tie knots and fish.

West Virginia has falling life expectancy, and every year needs larger subsidies from the rest of us. They are having trouble surviving in the good times.
Ever talk to an old timer about hunting? Or just watch the movie Bambi? East of the Rockies, there were no deer during and after the Great Depression. People in West Virginia who watched Bambi were seeing an animal they would not see in their state. When a bunch of Americans were hungry, they quickly ate all the deer.
If you and everyone else in West Virginia are depending on fishing, YOU WILL ALL STARVE TO DEATH!!! It might work somewhere like rural Alaska, or if you are the only one who knows how to fish, but West Virginia has too many people.
