So what is Plan A?

so using your definition, it can be aborted right up until birth correct?

why 10 weeks which you cited in a previous post?

Again, I get that you are going to support the position. But why are you afraid to admit it is murdering a baby? Afraid it will make you look like a Nazi?
Murder means the victim is a real person with consciousness and feelings.

baby
/ˈbābē/

A baby is a very young human offspring, typically from birth to around one or two years of age (before they learn to walk and talk).

By calling an embryo or a fetus a "baby" forced-birthers are making an emotional comment and showing that they are someone with no scientific knowledge, nor do they want any scientific knowledge. They want to force their version of morality on everyone else.

Saw a commercial for the abortion pill Plan B. And it made me ask the question. If this pill is Plan Bl what was Plan A?

If there was a plan why the need to kill a baby?

Or does it mean if the first plan to kill the baby fails use this?

Because if you plan not to get pregnant, there is a 100% foolproof way to do it. Works every time it is tried.
A for abstinence.

says you so you can support murder

that is how you justify your position but there is zero scientific rationale behind it.

You pick arbitrary dates.

Again, support the position if you want, but just call it what it is. The murder of an unborn baby.

Maybe you can explain why 39 states including Commiefornistan have fetal homicide laws meaning that if a pregnant woman is murdered and the unborn baby dies they can be charged with two murders. Why is that?

Your position is untenable. Just admit it is murder. I can respect that position more. It makes you a monster, but I think that anyway

If a woman has a miscarriage she loses her baby ...if a woman has an abortion she terminates the life of her baby... it's pretty simple

No... I've never complained any such thing... if an egg isn't fertilized then there's no possibility of a baby...I'm sure you know that...
of course there is a "possibility of a baby"... you just have to introduce sperm and you will see that possibility realized.

Just as a fertilized ovum requires TIME or there is no possibility of a baby. without that TIME, it is just a fertilized ovum.

These are BOTH pre stages that CAN eventually become a baby, if the following steps are allowed to proceed. But if you do not allow either step to proceed no baby is developed or lost.

Another BS issue that magats actually do not care about but they see it as a weapon for politics, and thus why magats should be ignored!

-----------------------

American evangelicals turned decisively against abortion in the late 1970s and early 1980s, pivoting away from a previous stance of indifference or support. [1, 2]

When the Supreme Court legalized abortion in the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, many high-profile evangelical figures—including leadership in the Southern Baptist Convention—actually praised the ruling as a victory for religious liberty and personal bodily autonomy. The shift against it was not an immediate moral backlash, but rather a calculated political and cultural mobilization. [, 2, 3, 4]

📅 The Timeline of the Turn
  • 1968–1973 (Indifference): Evangelical publications and scholars openly debated abortion, generally viewing it as a Catholic issue or a medical matter rather than a core theological sin. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
  • 1973 (Roe v. Wade): High-profile leaders like W.A. Criswell (former president of the Southern Baptist Convention) initially supported the ruling. [1]
  • 1978–1979 (The Turning Point): Political strategists and fundamentalist preachers began heavily promoting the anti-abortion cause to the evangelical masses. [1]
  • 1980 (Full Alignment): By the 1980 presidential election, opposition to abortion became the defining, unifying litmus test for the evangelical "Religious Right," helping sweep Ronald Reagan into office. []

💡 Why They Shifted (The Core Reasons)

1. Political Mobilization by the "Religious Right" [1]
Conservative political strategists like Paul Weyrich and religious leaders like Jerry Falwell saw a fractured evangelical voting base and needed a single, powerful issue to unite them into a dominant voting bloc. They established the Moral Majority in 1979, framing abortion not just as a medical procedure, but as a horrific symbol of America's moral decline. [1, 2, 3]

2. The Backlash Over Christian School Segregation
Historians, including Randall Balmer, note that the initial catalyst for the Religious Right's organization was not abortion, but rather a fight with the federal government over race. In the late 1970s, the IRS revoked the tax-exempt status of segregated Christian academies (like Bob Jones University). Because defending racial segregation was a bad public relations strategy, evangelical leaders pivoted to abortion as a more noble, populist "vessel" to fight government intrusion into their institutions. [1, 2, 3, 5]

3. Anxiety Over the Sexual Revolution & Feminism
The 1970s brought rapid social change, including the rise of second-wave feminism, the push for the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA), and shifting gender dynamics. Activists like Phyllis Schlafly successfully tied abortion access to the destruction of the traditional nuclear family. Evangelicals viewed the legalization of abortion as the ultimate, destructive victory of secularism over traditional Christian morality. [, 2, 3]

4. The Influence of Media and Culture Campaigners
In 1979, evangelical theologian Francis Schaeffer and future Surgeon General C. Everett Koop released a highly influential anti-abortion film and book series called Whatever Happened to the Human Race?. This media campaign traveled to churches across the country, using graphic imagery and philosophical arguments to successfully convince everyday churchgoers that human life began strictly at conception. Not all plans work. I bet every woman plans on not getting raped. Lucky if happens anyway and a pregnancy results there is a plan B.

If a 12 year olds uncle is overly friendly…
If a 13 year old hangs out with the Epstein crowd….
If a 25 year old gets drugged at a bar.

If a 30 year old married woman develops a life threatening condition during pregnancy.

If the fetus is slowly dying in the womb.

if the egg is fertilized then a baby has been conceived... if there is no fertilization then there is no baby... take a pill that prevents conception I have no problem with that at all...

Also, the location of the baby doesn't make him or her any less human. In the womb moments before birth, or outside of it after being born. But arguing simple logic with these ghouls is an exercise in futility. They've been brainwashed into believing that killing babies is great.

Yeah we think killing babies is great. Awesome actually. (y)

if the egg is fertilized then a baby has been conceived...
^ it is the POTENTIAL for a baby and not a baby. Left to develop it will eventually become a baby but it is NOT a baby at that time. If there is no time given... there is no baby.

if there is no fertilization then there is no baby...
^ just as with prior... If no time or no fertilization... then no baby in either situation.

take a pill that prevents conception I have no problem with that at all...
Who cares what you have a problem with. You take the pill if you want, others can take if they want. You do not avail yourself of abortion if you do not want to and others can if they want to.

That is called choice and bodily autonomy.

Arguing that it's not an unborn child is an effort to feel less guilty... but that decision is something that will live forever with the individuals making that choice...
At that same person has a miscarriage They would Mourn the death of a child... or a friend's child.
There's no denying an abortion is the loss of a human being... medically necessary abortions are an entirely different decision but still the loss of a child.
