So what is Plan A?

Teflon Don

I'm back baby
Saw a commercial for the abortion pill Plan B. And it made me ask the question. If this pill is Plan Bl what was Plan A?

If there was a plan why the need to kill a baby?

Or does it mean if the first plan to kill the baby fails use this?

Because if you plan not to get pregnant, there is a 100% foolproof way to do it. Works every time it is tried.

You have a 100% foolproof way not to get raped?

The only two 100% foolproof methods I know of is forced sterilization, and mass murder. Which one do you propose?

It is called Plan B because it acts as a backup, or contingency, to your primary method of birth control.Plan A: Using regular, ongoing contraception (like birth control pills, condoms, or patches).Plan B: The emergency contraceptive pill used if your primary method fails (e.g., a condom breaks) or after unprotected sex.Because it is not as effective as regular birth control, it is strictly meant to be a secondary option, which is exactly where the colloquial name comes from.

But if you really didn't want to get pregnant what is the most effective way of preventing it? It is actually 100% effective. Can you name it?

That is a hyperbole. Dramatic. In this case there is no baby to be killed.
Of course there is. That is the nonsense that you marxists try to convince yourselves of to assuage your conscience. It is the same reasoning you use to justify euthanasia.

Look I have had this abortion debate what seems like a gazillion times on message boards and chat rooms (back in the day of AOL) for what seems like forever. I know that I am NEVER going to change your mind.

If you want to support it, go ahead. But at least have the intellectual honesty to call it what it is. It is the murder of an unborn life. Stop trying to gaslight me and twist yourself into knots saying it isn't a life and it isn't a baby. It is the most absurd argument in the world. While I still would never agree with you, I would probably respect the position more because it is coming from a place of honesty. But since it doesn't, then I don't.

Abortion is nothing more than a mode of convenience for men and women who want to have all of the fun of sex without the responsibility. That is it. Plain and simple. And don't give me the health of the mother, rape, incest etc. Those are more lame arguments to support your position. Less than 3% of abortions are because of those reasons.

I have asked marxists for years if we made abortion legal for just those reasons but banned it for "convenience" would they compromise and they ALWAYS say no, which again weakens their argument.

Personally, I would make it illegal in any circumstance. I would never jail the women, but I would jail the doctors who performed it. And here is where you wax poetic about back alley abortions with coat hangers which never happened in reality, but if they did, I would invest in coat hangers given the number of abortions that happen every year.

Here is the ultimate question you probably won't answer. If an abortion isn't performed, in nine months what do you get?

I will understand if you are too afraid to answer.

If there is only one, then forced sterilization is only 99.99% effective. The only one that is 100% effective is death.

Seems a little extreme.
Death is very extreme... that's what this whole discussion is about.. the death of an unborn baby.. there's nothing more extreme than that...

Here's a challenge: Find me a picture of a baby that the pill supposedly kills.

What's to change? I agree that killing babies is wrong.

I agree that the limit is at 10 weeks.

Present stats of that happening.

See above. I would say that most people have the common sense to prevent unwanted pregnancies.

Doctors would continue to do it. And even if they don't, the women would do it themselves.
Here is the ultimate question you probably won't answer. If an abortion isn't performed, in nine months what do you get?
A baby?

Answered. :)

Plan B is not abortion. It delays ovulation, and prevents fertilization. If you disagree, provide peer reviewed studies that say differently.

I would never jail the women, but I would jail the doctors who performed it.
Plan B is not "performed."

If you really do not want to get in a car accident, which no one does, there is one way that is 100% to ensure that does not happen.

Don't get in a vehicle ever.

That point is true. It is also basically irrelevant and a none point just as the one you are trying to make is.

By definition, a baby is born.

Plan B does not even cause the death of a fertilized egg. It does sometimes prevent an egg from being fertilized, which does lead to the death of the egg... You know what else does that?

Abstinence!!! So is abstinence murder now in your demented mind?
If your wife or any woman is having a child she's carrying an unborn baby...

baby
/ˈbābē/

A baby is a very young human offspring, typically from birth to around one or two years of age (before they learn to walk and talk).

So are women also carrying "unconceived" babies? You complain that Plan B prevents an egg from being conceived, but doesn't abstinence do the same?
No... I've never complained any such thing... if an egg isn't fertilized then there's no possibility of a baby...I'm sure you know that...

so using your definition, it can be aborted right up until birth correct?

why 10 weeks which you cited in a previous post?

Again, I get that you are going to support the position. But why are you afraid to admit it is murdering a baby? Afraid it will make you look like a Nazi?

Thank you, this is truth.

A woman in her child-bearing years "kills" an egg -- a potential "baby" -- every mentrual cycle. A man who masturbates to climax kills millions of potential "babies." Calling an embryo a "baby" is just an emotional forced-birther tactic to try to shame and hurt women. Forced birthers can't summon a rational, scientific reason why morning-after meds, IUDs, or surgical early abortion is "murder."

Busybody virtue-signalers like Toxic also tend to fit into the same group that decries any public spending on food stamps, "welfare" cash payments to the indigent, Medicaid, daycare assistance, low-cost housing, and low-cost or free early childhood education programs, as well as free breakfasts at school and free sack lunches during summer break. She'll make you have that "baby" you aren't able to properly care for, but she'll rage about how lazy you are if you have to go on the dole because you're now living in poverty.
