So if a Native American murderes an American citizen they were not subject to our jurisdiction??? You are a moron's moron. We own the reservation land and our law required them to stay on that land if they got off the reservations we would kill or arrest them.

The reason is irrelevant. Congress won't act, so as a nation we get citizens that have no relationship to the country other than happening to be in it for a short period or citizens of foreign criminals who broke our laws and happened to have a child here while they were in commission of a crime.

They just said they can't. Congress won't act, the Supreme Court just said the President can't enforce immigration law that way, so how do we fix an obvious mistake--or loophole--in our immigration and naturalization laws?
