So you try to deflect by playing dumb as to the recent deplorable actions of Maga. Let's just tick off a few highlights:
a. Attempted insurrection on Jan. 6, 2021 incited by now President Trump.
b. Subsequent full pardon of all tried and convicted participants in that event ... many of whom pleaded guilty, some with previous criminal records, some committing new crimes after being pardoned.
c. Manslaughter of 2 ICE protestors in Minneapolis, where film footage clearly shows neither was a in the process of threatening the life of the ICE agents. No ICE agent was tried in a court of law, as the federal gov't superceded and did not share any informantion with local police forensic or detectives.

"Hatred" of gays and lesbians harkens back long before the Dems started the KKK, and religion is at its core.
It's not something that's commonplace at all now in Canada and the US though, this is a safe space for them.
It's important t note that tolerance of homosexuality isn't unique to the Libs or CPC in Canada, all of the mainstream parties support it.
I won't speak for anyone else, but I can identify serious issues with the "LGBTQ++" community/leaders in general:
I would say that hatred and discrimination (even cruel and unjust laws) towards the gay community was totally not their fault 50 years ago, but as a community, they are losing a lot of respect and becoming hard to stomach now. A strong dislike of the LGBTQ++ political beast is entirely respectable.
It's not something that's commonplace at all now in Canada and the US though, this is a safe space for them.
It's important t note that tolerance of homosexuality isn't unique to the Libs or CPC in Canada, all of the mainstream parties support it.
I won't speak for anyone else, but I can identify serious issues with the "LGBTQ++" community/leaders in general:
- they're very political, and they openly support leftist parties, which is terrible for our countries. And they're not at all honest about their politics either
- their intolerance and disrespect of the police makes them unpopular, for very good reason
- a lot of their agenda is entirely farcical. Eg it's completely ludicrous to suggest that women can't have their own bathrooms anymore, or that men need to dress up in short miniskirts to read books to other people's children. Those aren't legitimate rights or concerns, they're just queer fantasies that even a lot of gay people are vehemently opposed to. Just remember that there are still gay people alive right now who fought hard for legitimate, basic rights, but now their once-proud movement is being turned into a clown car.
