Iran War Watch

None of the geopolitical morons claiming we must "finish the job" can even define "the job" nor conditions of its conclusion.
Just remember that the people you call 'morons' are always proven right while you're here saying stupid shit like "The dead ayatollahs are winning 🥳".

FYI defeating an evil theocratic regime of the magnitude of Iran's doesn't happen overnight, and it certainly wasn't achieved by signing the JCPOA, dumbass. They were growing stronger and stronger this whole time, and only recently began declining in power.

And just remember that abiding by the rules of UN Security Council Resolution 2231 was a mandatory part of the JCPOA, and it was flagrantly ignored right away by Iran:
  1. The JCPOA went into effect on July 14 2015
  2. UN Security Council Resolution 2231went into effect on July 20 2015, 6 days later
  3. Iran started conducting ballistic missile launches on Oct 15th of that same year, just 3 months later, in direct contravention of Resolution 2231, thereby breaking their JCPOA agreement
From the time the JCPOA was signed until trump and Israel launched on Iran, Iran has been rapidly building the conventional capabilities of their military to the point where it would soon have been too strong to attack directly, at which point they could have started making nukes and delivery systems with impunity.

Biden and the Dems did nothing at all to slow Iran's progress towards creating nuclear weapons and launch systems capable of targeting the USA.

I know that this comes as news to you, because you're a CNN cultist, but the Iranian regime has openly been promising genocide against Israel for several decades now, as well as the destruction of the USA.

Do you think that a religious psychopath like the ayatollah would hesitate to unleash armageddon when he's nearing the end of his life cycle anyways? Would a guy like that make a martyr of himself from his deathbed? Of course he would.

I already know that your reply will contain zero facts and a bunch of snotty insults, but go ahead Hawk. That's what Ross would do.

As punishment for my factual journalism, I was subjected to political harassment by the Trump administration upon my return from Iran. This Israeli-influenced criminal cartel is clearly threatened by my reporting from Tehran, where I showed the massive crowds of mourners and ferocious public backlash to the assassination of [Ayatollah Ali] Khamenei, exposed US and Israeli war crimes against civilians from the ground, and conducted candid interviews with officials, negotiators and influential Iranians. The seizure of my devices was a clear act of intimidation aimed at deterring me and others from doing further critical reporting from Iran, which is likely why my interrogators from CPB demanded to know if I would be returning to Tehran to report any time soon.

As punishment for my factual journalism,
I'll just leave that there, and then let you read on to find out who "conducted violence against Iranian citizzens on the ground" lol.
I was subjected to political harassment by the Trump administration
Or maybe they felt like you were aiding and abetting America's legitimate enemy? You know, the ones who have been openly calling for the destruction of America, and who launched hundreds of strikes on American bases while Biden was president???
This Israeli-influenced criminal cartel
Yeah, Americans are influenced by Israel, and not by Irans threats and attacks and murders of Americans. thatnks for that bit of "factual reporting", Hawk.
is clearly threatened by my "reporting" from Tehran,
That should say "IRGC propaganda", right, Hawk?
where I showed the massive crowds of mourners and ferocious public backlash to the assassination of [Ayatollah Ali] Khamenei,
OMG, the assassination of the beloved ayatollah
That's not like the legitimate and highly necessary killing of Charlie Kirk, right, Hawk?
exposed US and Israeli war crimes against civilians from the ground,
Were they the ones that killed 40,000 Iranian civilians? Was it them, Hawk?

Please tell us how many civilians the US and Iran killed "on the ground", whatever the F that means.

Again, I eagerly await your disregard of all the facts and your barrage of snotty insults, Hawk.
Or are you afraid of me????

What's taking so long? The U.S. should send in ground troops to fully occupy Iran as soon as possible.
The US is getting its ass kicked by Iran. The Trump crime family is making $10s of billions off the war, yet you want to send in ground troops to die for a TV game show clown.

I am hearing that the decision has been made to try ground troops in a few months, after the region starts cooling down.

Maybe that changes.....the oil price and supply manipulation wont work for months more....and America is very short of diesel and aviation fuel already because we cant get enough sour crude.

Trump TACO'd even quicker then i was predicting.

So now we will see what Iran does next. I predict they will INCREASE the passage fee they are charging from the 1=2% they were demanding and cite Trump as being the one who set the new rate while also making the case that charging for passage is, in fact legal to do.

They can argue that as Trump did make the case it is legal and fine to charge for passage and he determined the price Iran was looking for was too low.

Only Trump can be that stupid. It's going to be a suicide mission.

Alastair Crooke talks about how the Zionists are eschatological.....are yearning for the end of times.

Look around......any chance they are the cause of some of the insanity?

It's being predicted the jew colony will be gone in 2 years. The US will have to spend a lot of blood and treasure with no guarantee the genocidal colony survives.

Many people on my grapevine said at the jump that the destruction of Iran is the main point for the zionist bastards.

Everything that I have seen and heard points to the United States planning to launch an economic warfare campaign against Iran that crosses... every possible line. When the blockade of Iran was announced yesterday, anyone who has followed me will know I had expected this for weeks. That's not surprising. The PROBLEM I see, is that there is no intention to simply revert back to the dueling blockades. That clearly doesn't work.I believe, and I truly hope I am wrong, that the United States plans to implement a new economic warfare campaign that is built of five key pillars:1) The reimposition of the US blockade. This is meant to cut off the import of wheat, medical supplies, and cooking oil, and the export of oil and petrochemical products. This is intended to cause food shortages and medical crises.2) The return to "maximum pressure" sanctions. This means targeting... any and everything inside Iran, and anything that can even be remotely connected to Iran outside the country.3) The continuation of Operation Freedom 2.0, which is the attempt by the United States to funnel vessels through the Omani Route.4) The direct and intentional targeting of key economic infrastructure. This will include oil and gas field, petrochemical facilities, water infrastructure and storage, steel and manufacturing plants, and pharmaceutical facilities.5) The direct and intentional targeting of civilian infrastructure to include roads, bridges, and rail lines. The United States needs to realize, very quickly, that causing immense civilian suffering is not going to produce regime change. It is not going to force the regime to make concessions on their nuclear file, their missile and drone program, the funding of their proxy forces, or forfeit their control over the Strait of Hormuz.Economic devastation for the SAKE of economic devastation is not a strategy. It is evil.

Three theories of victory: 1. Disarm Iran. Can’t be done bc the rate of interdiction is low since they are so hard to locate and reach, and the rate of reconstitution is surprisingly high. 2. Blunt Iranian fire, what Kelly calls ‘catching the arrows’. Two problems with this one. First, the interceptors are running out. Second, terminal guidance for Iranian missiles and drones have been/are being upgraded to be jamming resistant. 3. Coercion. No chance whatsoever. Not going to work any better that it has since the British campaign against the Mad Mullah. Again, a military solution isn’t going to appear out of thin air. What we’re waiting on here is the president’s learning process.

According to former CIA analyst Larry Johnson, Iran is attacking American bases in Erbil, Iraq, and facilities linked to Kurdish groups that the U.S. supports. The Erbil base is important not just as a military installation but as a hub for CIA operations conducted under military cover. The CIA uses the base to train and equip Kurdish forces for paramilitary and intelligence operations inside Iran. This is why Iran is striking the base repeatedly. France and the United Kingdom are also active in the region near Iran's border with Kurdish areas. The U.S. and UK have a long history of intelligence cooperation, but French intelligence operates more independently. Iran is likely responding to covert U.S. activities, including weapons smuggling into Iran to create chaos and riots. The attacks will continue until the base is destroyed and no longer useful.

Although this report suggests the fleet in the northern Arabian Sea has only been reduced to 20 ships, it acknowledges that the USS Tripoli Amphibious Ready Group (3 major warships) have skedaddled and are now back in the PACOM AOR (US 7th Fleet) — in other words, on their way home. The USS Boxer ARG will remain — but this almost certainly means the US does NOT have in mind any sort of significant ground operation against Iran. The Iranians will be disappointed by that news.Remaining in the 5th Fleet are the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72) and USS George H. W. Bush (CVN-77) carrier strike groups.Accompanying the CSGs are 13 Arleigh Burke-class destroyers and 1 Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser. There are also almost certainly at least one missile submarine and a couple attack submarines, whose only meaningful purpose is to launch Tomahawk missiles and keep lurking Russian submarines at a safe distance. The cruiser and at least six destroyers will not stray far from the carriers, in order to provide air defense against Iranian missile strikes. In fact, I expect at least eight will remain nearby. This will leave five destroyers and one littoral combat ship to conduct blockade operations in the Arabian Sea and Indian Ocean. That will be a tall task — especially because the magazine depth of the entire fleet has been significantly depleted over the past several weeks and months. The bottom line is that the US is reducing its naval presence in the region. This does not surprise me, since, from the beginning of this war, the US Navy has consistently avoided putting into serious jeopardy any of its now effectively obsolete 20th-century naval relics.
