Judge Orders $5 Million Trump Judgment Be Released to E. Jean Carroll​

Ms. Carroll had asked a federal judge to order the president to pay the judgment after a jury found he sexually abused and defamed her.

A federal judge on Wednesday ordered that the writer E. Jean Carroll should promptly receive a $5 million jury award, days after the Supreme Court rejected an appeal by President Trump and despite his last-minute attempt to get the justices to reconsider.

In a two-page order, Judge Lewis A. Kaplan of Manhattan federal court cited the Supreme Court’s June 29 order denying Mr. Trump’s request that the justices review the matter. That cleared the way for the funds, which Mr. Trump had deposited with the court, to be released to Ms. Carroll.

While that is true i am glad we can all celebrate that the guy who actually bragged his go to move is 'grab women by the pussy... because when you are rich and famous you can get away with it', actually got caught and found guilty of doing just that and the jury saw through his lies of trying to say 'she was not my type', when he later admitted (albeit due to his stupidity) that she was EXACTLY his type.

Trump often gushed praised about how beautiful Marla was as he carried on the affair cheating on his then wife, Ivana and eventually divorcing and marry Marla.

The waiter involved likely has had a hard time finding employment as few restaurant owners, or other service industry owners, would want someone who is politically active insulting and driving away customers.

once again you make statements as if fact that are not. The business went on for 5 years after that and reported some of its best years but as is common in the restaurant industry, many owners either sell or rebrand after many years to give the community a new look restaurant.
