Archaeology of the New Testament

I've stated about eighty seven times previously that to me, the most logical explanation for a lawful and mathematically rational universe is some type of higher rational agency or organizing principle.
this is a wild unsubstantiated assertion. not scientific at all.

so.

none of this gets at their origin.

the origin is simply unknown.
Science, philosophy, and logic are about making progress, not necessarily just about getting the ultimate answer. We can use simple logic to decide whether it's reasonable to believe a rational and lawful universe had a rational cause, or if it's more reasonable to believe the cause was irrational and inanimate.

false dichotomy.

it's unknown.

As an atheist, you believe there is nothing by quarks and electrons bumping into each other in your brain;
To clarify, I'm an atheist because the evidence for gods is so poor, not because of my beliefs abouty brain.

You also believe in quarks and electrons. You just believe a sky wizard put them there.

Materialism is a fundamental principle of the atheist belief system - unless you want to explain to me why you believe in a higher reality beyond matter and energy.
You also believe in quarks and electrons.
I don't believe quarks and electrons explain everything about the human condition, or the universe itself.
You just believe a sky wizard put them there.
I don't believe a wizard, witch, or sorcerer created the universe.

you do. you just thinking naming it is beneath you, but youre still as idiotic.

You do. You believe in the stereotypical "wizard" character seen in cartoons and Disney movies. The being that, with a wave of his hand, manipulates matter or makes matter appear out of nowhere.

Now you are resorting to just being disparaging.

We know that an immaterial reality exists, and we already know that particles can blink into existence from nowhere, as long as they self-annihilate before laws of conservation are violated.

You can insinuate that we already know everything there is to know about the universe, but I don't agree with that.

faith statement.

you're claiming to know everything about the universe.

Thanks for helping me prove that ...
I contradicted you; I did not corroborate what you wrote. You haven't proven anything other than that you continue to delude yourself.

... because the cosmos obeys consistent universal mathematical laws, ...
You still haven't learned how to write "deterministic."

... there is some type of logical harmony underlying the basis of the universe.
You haven't shown that the universe has an "underlying basis", whatever that is supposed to mean, to which you readily admit to being unable to specify whatsoever.

It's not unorganized, random, or arbitrary.
Too funny! Your entire argument, as poor as it is, is that the universe is completely arbitrary. Are you telling me that you also don't know what the word "arbitrary" means? I'll take that as a "Yes".
