That's a shocker...every urban city in this nation is being propped up with tax payer money to bring some measures of stability and normality to these communities....and all fail. My city spent millions on parks and pools etc....just to give these criminal bastards something to do...it last 2 weeks...money wasted. These food deserts they've created for themselves, bring the bastards to other parts of the city's stores to destroy each EBT cycle.....Bottom line is this...YOU CAN NOT DOMESTICATE WILD ANIMALS...ONCE THEY LAY THEM EGGS, ITS A DONE DEAL.
I just know it really never works out very well when a grocery store has to be surrounded with concertina wire and landmines with snipers perched on top of each aisle to take out all the thieves . LOL You tell me what possible reason ANY grocery chain on earth would have to place one of their stores in those type of areas? None,..........none whatsoever.
Cuts that have real consequences, like growing food deserts and hungry children.
Get used to it,...cuts to welfare programs have been needed for quite some time now. I myself do not want to see a single kid go hungry,...and there is a simple solution to the problem. If you cant afford to take care of yourself let alone a kid,.............don't have any. And if you do.....get YOUR ASS TO WORK and take care of them,....they are you're responsibility and no one elses.

Think about just how bad some of those areas must be. Normally it is THE CUSTOMER who decides if they want to give they're money to a certain business or not. In these cases the businesses are like............." Naw man,....that's ok......we would rather just not do any business with you at all"
