will not comply simply gives the government the ability to add more charges to your predicament. Again, how do you prevail in the courts when the courts are obviously against you?

It grants LIMITED authority for a LIMITED time to a representative that is elected in the manner designated by the Constitution for that office.

The first purpose of any republic is to protect its citizens. The federal government of the United States is no exception. Neither is any State government. The Constitution creates and defines that government and designates the authority of each representative and how they are to be elected. It also grants the federal government to form a militia (an army), a navy, etc. This responsibility includes enforcing the border.

It also reserves the right of the States to protect themselves (and the people that make it up) by forming militias (an army) under certain conditions.

Both are also given the authority and the responsibility to enforce the law. This is done by various police and other law enforcement agencies.

It also reserves the right of self defense for all individuals.

SCOTUS has no authority to change the Constitution or any State constitution.
