Sailors on USS Lincoln outside Iran are exhausted and suffering from poor morale on ship, families warn

With a completely straight face. Extended deployments suck, however as anyone that has actually served knows, they occur quite frequently. The military engine does not operate on what any sailor, soldier or Marine thinks let alone their feelings. You should know that.
Bullshit, I too was a Navy sailor and 6 mos deployments were the staple time frames and shame on you for being so gotdamn stupid. And if deployments were longer you stupid shit head, the men got off the fuckin ship. No time in history, save for fuckin REAL WARS, do sailors stay in the middle of the sea for long periods of time without SHORE FUCKIN LEAVE AND YOU KNOW THIS!!

BullShit......I have already documented that this carrier has blown away the all time record for longest run between port calls.....and they will still be on station for at lest two more weeks.

Then there is the matter of the NAVY not properly supplying the ship....which is also likely the worst ever.

The situation is bad enough that the Centcom commander just made a visit to try to calm things down.
Without wars, most Carriers are docked and only go out to sea for training periods. And its usually 6 mos deployments with plenty of onshore interactions, I was in the Navy for 10 years, stationed in Ca and Hawaii.....I know my shit... But because Iran bombed military installations on sites we would normally use to refuel and restock, the Lincoln got fucked. And I am fed up with everybody telling these fuckin sailors, believe my reality and fuck yours....if Trump and MAGA think their deployment wasn't fuckin long enough, than put Byron in a uniform and put his sorry ass out to see for almost a fuckin year!!

There is also the matter that this cruise was supposed to be over in May.....and while extensions are not rare they are not going to be back till sometime in SEP.....that is a lot....and this is hard on families......they are missing their kids entire summer vacation when this was not the plan.

The lack of empathy from the dying Empire is stunning.....stunningly stupid.
Truth be told, had them wives not went to the media, the Lincoln would still be out to sea. Pete nor Trump give a fuck about our military and the Admirals and Generals all, every gotdamn one of em, too afraid to speak up....I am disgusted by Trump and the way our military is being treated, disgusted and beyond angry...but them mf's voted for this bastard...76% of em.

I read that Hegseth is forcing all sailors on the ship to sign NDA.s before disembarking. Trump hides his horrors from the people. It is typical Trumpian behavior.

Is that so, Nerdsperg?

The specific claim in that post is false / unsupported.

No credible reporting, official statements, or evidence supports the claim that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth (or the Navy) is requiring sailors/Marines from the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72) to sign NDAs (or any special non-disclosure agreements) before disembarking or returning from this deployment.

  • Extensive coverage from military outlets (Stars and Stripes, Navy Times/Military Times), mainstream reporting, congressional letters, and official responses focus on the extended deployment, living conditions, morale, mental health concerns, supply issues, and limited port calls. None mention NDAs tied to the Lincoln crew or disembarkation.
  • CENTCOM and Navy officials have addressed reports about the ship (including a recent visit by the CENTCOM commander). A direct response on X to speculation about NDAs stated there is no evidence of any such requirement for personnel leaving the Lincoln.

The Empire is asking its military to man up and be more brutal......they think that showing compassion and empathy towards their soldiers and sailors and aviators is fostering weakness.

So the military that has long been abused gets abused still more.

Sign a NDA or else what?? Dishonorably discharged? Convenience of the Gov. discharge? Either way, they'll all be fuckin HERO'S AND MAKE A MINT....SO BRING IT BITCHES!! LOL

The last frontier the Trump administration needs to fuck with are US Navy Sailors....fuck the Army, the Air Force and the Marines....nobody gets to the other side of the world without the US Navy, nobody. And the streets are saying...a lot will NOT BE SIGNING UP FOR RE ENLISTMENT!!

So, about the lies Never Truthful Walt, @tigerred59 and the other Marxists have been seditiously spreading;

{
Statement from Acting Secretary of the Navy Hung Cao:
The USS Abraham Lincoln crushed their deployment and will return home soon as part of a planned rotation. Details will come but let me be clear: the safety and security of our Sailors and Marines always comes first.

Mission accomplishment. Troop Welfare. This is how we lead.

The Lincoln was extended because the mission demanded it. Deployments are hard. Combat operations make them harder. War is hell and normal routines are disrupted. One of the hardest aspects about warfighting beyond knowingly placing our service members in harm’s way is that even with the best planning and communication, change and uncertainty will always be in play. Our success depends on how we adapt.

Sailors and Marines are expected to dig deep—and they always do. A leader’s responsibility is to take care of their people the best they can while balancing mission requirements. During this deployment we have seen both: the job is getting done and our leaders are taking care of their people.

Unfortunately, the media are trying to paint our warriors as victims. Not only is that dishonest but it takes away the focus on the enemy and the threat it poses against our nation, people, and way of life.

Here is the truth—
  • 266 days deployed.
  • 200 days in a combat zone.
  • 10,000+ sorties.
  • 1.5M lbs. of ordnance dropped.
  • And retention rates on the ABE are amongst the highest of all carriers.
It is also true—
  • A small number of mental health cases were treated with no loss of life.
  • Meal plans were adjusted when fresh resupply was unavailable, without a single meal being missed.
  • Calls home were limited when the operational threat was too high.
There is no question our young men and women have been pushed to their limits—but they have never broken. They are rightly tired—but have never been out of the fight. However, it is clear, knowing the whole story, our force and their families are not victims. They are the epitome of American strength and resilience.

So, when the USS Abraham Lincoln pulls into the pier, join me and stand proudly with a grateful heart and give our Sailors and Marines the Hero’s Welcome they deserve.

Semper Fi and Hooyah.}

Actually, one of the problems is DEI forced on the Navy. That is a problem that Progressive, Leftist, Democrats created.

The video says they leave because they can't take the environment aboard ship. That's part of the job. It's a reason they shouldn't be there to begin with.
That's not what the video says, it says the Navy does little to stop sexual harassment making the environment unbearable. This is like saying you should cover your hair so Muslim men won't rape you if you live in France.

No, women whine about the conditions and snivel about having to do shitty dirty jobs. I saw that repeatedly, first hand. I had to deal with that shit more than once. That sort suck the air out of the room and take up all your time with their constant complaining.

Rape is rare in the Navy and it is taken extremely seriously. As a Chief I had more than one woman whine and snivel about how unfair I was being (eg., she wasn't getting her way). I was the wrong target for that crap. They ran for cover somewhere else when it became obvious I'd ruin their career and not give in. They often get used to having their way when they complain. They think they'll be believed because they discovered in the past they would be whether they were truthful or not.

That's why, and it isn't common for many in leadership to do this, when you get one of these sniveling little bitches in your shop you keep a thorough paper trail on them for use later when they try and fuck you over for not getting their way. That's when they're exposed, become confused because they aren't being believed, and they get their bullshit packed in hard and fast for it.

My claim is correct. I said I read it, and I did. It is certainly what Trump would do and i am sure it will happen.

It was on the nightly news Trump said they weren't out long enough it should have been longer.
I am sure all this BS will have an effect on the navies retention rates.
If you are going to treat people like shit they won't be re upping.
