Europe does not buy oil from Iran.
Almost all the oil produced by Iran was sold to China, which cannot get it anymore from that source. As a result, China is facing a minor shortage while they adjust where they get their oil from. This is almost completely rebalanced now.

Oil in the region (from Iraq, Saudi Arabia, etc) is now shipped overland by rail and pipeline. It doesn't even travel through the Strait.
