El Nino isn't global warming either, or even a warming at all.
El Nino and La Nina are both cause by the same thing; the counter equatorial current.
This current can be 'pinched off' by the North and South equatorial currents, leaving warm water trapped on the west side of the Pacific (La Nina).
This current can flow freely as the North and South equatorial currents shift position slightly in the annual wanderings. This allows warm water to accumulate no the east side of the Pacific (El Nino).
Often, it's sorta pinched off, producing a 'normal' or 'neutral' year. Warm water doesn't really accumulate on either side.
A strong El Nino cycle can often cause a secondary Hadley cell to form, dragging more rain and storms across southern California deserts and in a fairly straight line beyond that. It causes a reduced hurricane season, as the air currents essentially cut off the tops of storms before they can form into substantial convective events.
A strong La Nina cycle is just the opposite. The secondary Hadley cell doesn't form, and the jet stream across the United States develops a strong pulse over midwestern Canada, bring a lot of cold air into the moist lake region, producing substantial lake effect snow. Another pulse an often develop west of Canada, bringing cold air into the moist Puget Sound area, producing some of our deepest snow falls. This is more rare.
A neutral position produces the classic long dark rainy winter in the Northwest, and leave southern California with little water.
California used to have substantial reservoir capacity to handle it, but the Industrial Eco complex destroyed most of them to save to 'save brineshrimp' otherwise known as a Sea Monkey.
So now the Colorado River is overused, and running dry.
The current compact ends Dec 2026. New rules must be formulated, and less water allocation is available for everyone.

It is not possible to measure the temperature of the Earth.
Albedo is not used in science. Emissivity is used instead, which is the inverse of albedo.
It is not possible to measure the emissivity of Earth.
It is not possible to measure the total CO2 content of Earth.
It is not possible to measure the total snow and ice on Earth.
The oceans are not rising. Runways on the Pacific atolls that are barely above the surface of the Pacific ocean that were built during WW2 are still there.
Note that greater emissivity means greater absorption AND greater emission. The temperature overall remains the same.
The interior of greenhouses and cars get warmer because of reduced heat. Convective heating is not available. At night, these objects cool down to ambient temperature again having lost all that energy.
No gas or vapor has the capability to warm the Earth.
