When you were hollering about Pi having a finite fixed value between 3.14 and 3.15 you were taking about decimal units. Pi can't be represented by numbers, only approximated. You also assumed there were a finite amount of values between 3.14 and 3.15, which is also wrong.

No you can't. Even the most precise machine tools, measuring tools, calipers have small margins of error which can never be entirely eliminated.
