You’re totally bizarre and way, way, out there. I mean out of touch with reality.

Talk about bizzare, your link shows all the provisions sunsetting.

SALT - the only one that harms "the rich" as your party calls them - is the last to go. Blue states don't get to start shifting the majority of taxes back on red states until 2030.

So why did you lie that the tax cuts were "for the rich?" Just reciting talking points from MSNBC? I've corrected you on it before. These tax cuts support the middle class - which is why your party is so against them. Destruction of the middle class, the bourgeoisie, has always been the priority of collectivist totalitarians.

Conservatives want to help the middle class. You want to hurt us, to eradicate the middle class. A strong middle class will never accept or adopt socialism.

Either you’re a sock puppet for Uncensored or there are two of you totally disconnected soils running around. Scary thought.

The link is there in the post above for anyone interested.

ITN is not correct, unless extended they will indeed expire.

The lie YOU told is that some fictional "tax cuts for the rich" don't have a sunset clause. You know that was a lie when you posted it, as I've corrected you before, yet you chose to lie anyway - because as a Marxist, you hold the goal of socialism as too important to converse in an ethical manner.

96% of the Trump tax cut dollars allowed households earning less than $200K to keep more of their money. Yet you blatantly lied that the while the middle class cuts will expire if congress fails to take action (true) fictional "tax cuts for the rich" are permanent (flat out lie.)

I didn't and don't dispute that the best parts of the cuts, overtime and tips, will expire if democrats block extending them - which if they have the power, they will as democrats always fuck working people under. I called you out for the lie about some sort of "permanent cuts for the rich." There are no such cuts, as you full well know. You're just using Marxist class warfare, despite knowing that your claims are false.

No idea what you think these graphs represent?

Income of greater than $5K? Per year?

Fact - 96% of the impact of the BBB affects households making less than $200K per year.

Why do you oppose the middle class being able to keep more of what they earn? This alone destroys your claim of being a "fiscal conservative."

When you look off in the distance to the right, and see Mao smiling back at you, you're NOT a conservative.

Sounds like we need to make sure Vance follows Trump so democrats can't get back to fucking the working class under, like they did in the Obama and Biden years.

There is no expiration date for the tax cuts.

Tax cuts were for everyone paying taxes. There is no 'sunset clause'.

Why do you say this?

Per Grok:

The “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” (also called the Big Beautiful Bill or OBBBA, Public Law 119-21), signed into law by President Trump on July 4, 2025, contains multiple sunset clauses (provisions that automatically expire after a set date unless Congress extends them).

It is a major budget reconciliation package that permanently extends many individual tax cuts from the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) while adding new temporary tax benefits, accelerating the end of certain clean-energy credits, and making other spending and policy changes.

Notable sunset / expiring provisions

  • New temporary tax deductions and benefits(generally expire after 2028):
    • Deduction for overtime pay.
    • Deduction/exclusion related to tips.
    • Additional senior deduction (around $6,000).
    • Temporary increase in the state and local tax (SALT) deduction cap (raised to $40,000 for many taxpayers, then reverts to $10,000).
    • Certain other targeted relief (e.g., related to auto loans in some descriptions).
  • Accelerated sunsets on Inflation Reduction Act clean-energy credits:
    • Solar and wind production and investment tax credits face much earlier phase-outs (projects generally need to begin construction by mid-2026 or be placed in service by the end of 2027 to fully qualify, far sooner than the previous multi-year schedule extending into the 2030s).
    • Clean vehicle credits (new, used, and commercial) end earlier (many after September 30, 2025).
    • Residential clean energy and energy-efficient home improvement credits terminate or phase out sooner (often after 2025).
  • Other temporary provisions and phase-outs exist in areas such as certain manufacturing expensing, opportunity zones adjustments, and program funding or eligibility rules.

I have read it. You read it, as it’s obvious you haven’t.

You haven’t even read the GROK read out. It lists the sun setting provisions of the bill right there in it.
