Moral relativism

And my world view is what? That I am a marxist? Seriously, raise the level of your debate.
You are a pretty typical leftist. You're the kind of person who, as you've shown, won't criticize other cultures for things like FGM, or forcing women to live in burlap bags or treating women like property. Moral relativism is just another arm of that liberal/leftist worldview.

I do not give a shit about other cultures. Nor have I ever on this thread stated it as my purspose

I tried to have a discussion about philosophy. Clearly you cannot do it.

"Moral pragmatism as an alternative, which treats morality as a tool for solving specific problems, thus making morality situational instead of universal, practical instead of sacred.

What relativism is

Cognitive relativism consists of two key claims:

1) The truth of any statement is relative to–i.e. can only be determined from–a particular standpoint (a.k.a. "perspective", "theoretical framework" or "conceptual scheme").

2) No standpoint is uniquely privileged over all others. In other words, metaphysically speaking, all standpoints are on the same level; none can be conclusively proved superior to any other. For any attempted proof will rest on premises that belong to that standpoint. The argumentation will therefore be circular.

Right. Another way that you ignore what moral/morality is truly related to. You've redefined morality to mean something like a tool. That's not what morality is.

Bad idea, even old ones, are still bad ideas.
"Gilbert Harman, for example, argues that morality is relative to an agreement made among a particular group of people to behave in a particular way. So “moral right and wrong (good and bad, justice and injustice, virtue and vice, etc.) are always relative to a choice of moral framework. What is morally right in relation to one moral framework can be morally wrong in relation to a different moral framework.

And no moral framework is objectively privileged as the one true morality."
