In that actual world we live in, it would be up to a jury to decide based on evidence. That is the point of a lawsuit.

I agree with you, Hume. She just wanted to peacefully ram that cop with her car and he got all pissy about it, and defended himself.

Once your IQ gets down to "leftist level" you should be allowed to ram a few cops with your mom's car, right, buddy? I mean, how could you know any better? You could just say "I was munching on some lint and then I hit a bump, and my big toe poked my eye."

You should just make that your thing. Bumpin' into pigs with your car.

Worst case scenario, you get shot and your family gets to sue the WH. 'Cuz that makes sense.
