California lands six universities in the global top 25

I once had an emergency dental appointment that took me to the 9th Ward.
Probably on St. Claude Ave. I wouldn’t go there.
I wasn't a huge fan of the place.
It’s poor but unique. Doesn’t smell like piss and quieter than the quarter

Translation: "You didn't have a legitimate New Orleans experience unless you hung out in the ninth ward!"
Were you in any of the carnival organizations or at least go to their balls?
Have dinner or golf at New Orleans Country Club or Metairie Country Club?
I’d like to hear your thoughts on that if you did.

Says the pear shaped California soy boy whose “friends” are in a forum thread on the interwebs . I’m sure you’re the life of the party when you open conversations about the meaning of life.
LOL, I'm impervious to your flaccid insults. My buddies on this board all know what I look like

You care deeply about my posts and threads. If you actually thought I was boring, lame, annoying, insipid you wouldn't be clicking on all my threads, reading everything I write, and trying tp get my attention by relentlessly composing posts to me.

So your cultural experience was the riverwalk, the French quarter and the Metairie townhouse you holed up in.

Just trying to figure out how much actual culture you “experienced”. Doesn’t sound like much.
Feel free to make the case no one can experience New Orleans unless they hang out in the ninth ward, go to the Metairie Country Club, and join a carnival crew 🤣

The reason you became obsessed with me in this thread is you thought you could prove I "lied", but you kept face-planting and failing LOL

Nobody can prove anything on a forum like this without providing documentation.
You haven’t proved one thing you claim about yourself with all your education, degrees, rankings, and experiences.

There’s only three on this form I can think of that have given actual documentation. TOP, myself and Douche, although inadvertently by doxxing himself.

Nobody can prove anything!!
You started out claiming I was lying about living in NOLA, and I could not possibly have worked for an oil company because they all bugged out. You showed a level of desperation to "prove" I lied comparable to Erik Schmitt''s face plant lol

I provided multiple independent media sources proving you lied about the oil companies all bugging out, face-planter

Oh so now you’re so important that media has mentioned your accomplishments?
Geezuz Christ I’ve never encountered anyone in RL or the interwebs that was so full of himself.

Still can't admit he was wrong that the major oil companies maintained a presence in New Orleans through the 1990s, even if they had downsized.

I bet your spouse, friends, and family really hate that you will never, ever, under any circumstances admit to a mistake and be accountable for fucking up.

The news sources I gave you reported that as late as 2003 Shell had 1,000 employees, Chevron had 900, Exxon had 400 in N.O. That's 2,300 employees right there in the central business district of New Orleans in just three companies. I'm not even counting medium and small oil companies.
I found a fourth multinational oil company that maintained an office in New Orleans when I was there in the 1990s.

@Moosakofsky claimed all the oil companies bugged out in the 1980s.

Mobil kept a staff of at least 260 in the Mobil building on Poydras Street up until the Exxon merger in 2000.

That makes at least about 2,600 multinational oil company staff working in the central business district of New Orleans when I was there. That doesn't even count small and medium independent oil companies.

"Before the merger ExxonMobil merger in 2000, Exxon had 350 workers in the city, while Mobil had 260."

Oh yeah, I bet they do. I can't imagine the files you've exchanged with someone like Doc D.

You care deeply about my posts and threads. If you actually thought I was boring, lame, annoying, insipid you wouldn't be clicking on all my threads, reading everything I write, and trying tp get my attention by relentlessly composing posts to me.

This is so disingenuous. You LIVE for attention. That's why you post non-stop about just about everything. YOU WANT ATTENTION.

Like I said, if you're gonna be a whore at least be HONEST about your whorish ways. Sluuuuuuurp.

But it seems like you missed a LOT. You talk about N'Awlins the way a tourist talks about it. Not someone who lived there. You seem to have missed the horrific poverty that afflicted a lot of New Orleans. You seem to have missed some of the most vicious crime I've heard about (when I was there a policewoman was being investigated for conducting a mob-style hit on a bunch of people).

No on says NOLA is a hellhole. But it wasn't a paradise on earth either. If you weren't a tourist you sure talk like one. Some of us had to drive every day down Airline highway past all the motel-notels (like the one Jimmy Swaggart was caught in) to get to work. Some of us didn't live in an insulated fluffcloud of privilege. Some of us had to go to the seedy dentist in the 9th Ward and see what real systemic poverty looks like.
