I put a 'cancellation' by Trump at less than 1%.

My guess is that he sends Ice into key swing States polling areas, armed with DoJ warrants (proper or administrative) with an order to confiscate any and all voting machines and data under a claim by MarkWayne Mullin that they have found 'fraudulent foreign voters voting'.

It does not matter if the claim falls apart later. The goal, like the Brooks Brothers riots, that Roger Stone put together to help stop the count in Bush V Gore, that WORKED, is simply to delay or stop the count such that mandatory Constitutional vote certification deadlines do not leave time to fix the issue and as happened in Bush V Gore the courts then give some form of a rule 'too bad for you as you might be right but we have no choice but to certify as the Constitution demands and thus there is no time'.

I am unable to figure out how any State can stop this short of having State or Local police pull guns on armed ICE officials and arrest them to stop them while ICE is defying them and pushing 'DoJ warrants' at them. And i do not think States or cities will do that. I think they will stand down and hope, again, the courts can save them.

It would be in violation of federal law, and aside from that how would it work? If it happened during the election, the election would fail and there would not be an eligible House of a full Senate. If it happened after the election the machines would be ordered returned to the states given their unlawful seizure.

It is definitely the goal of the Federalist Society and Russ Vought.

If you read their goals and look at many of the public statements by Russ, the goal is to break the US as a functional State. When most see what is being done to the DoJ and Pentagon, and dozens of US agencies and we see MSM ask if the 'Trump admin does not understand how much damage they are doing to these agencies and they are not just hurting the democrats, women and PoC working in them' that misses the point as the 'damage being done' is the point.

Russ Vought sees a big functional govt, that prioritizes things like 'environment', 'breaking up monopoly power', etc, etc, as the limiting factor on an Oligarch class maximizing profits. He sees the Russia model as the goal. A Executive who has king like powers and shares the spoils with a select few closest to him, is his goal.
