Swalwell was sleeping with a Chinese spy who had her Chinese spy friends on his staff. No massive FBI investigation over that.

At least Trump, as President when he took those documents, had the authority to declassify them as he saw fit. But, his mistake was being a Republican.

And the reason for that is Trump defied the legal process, lied to the courts and defied every step up of it refusing to cooperate.

The others did not.

So it's obvious why Trump got the massive FBI process as he made it clear they would get no cooperation otherwise
