How do i know what? That the judge was randomly choosen? That is how that Court chooses judges for cases. It is random by computer.

The National Park Service (NPS) didn't finalize and start executing this specific phase of clear-cutting until recently, which is exactly when the plaintiffs legally filed.

Another fabrication or lie is you are completely inventing the claim that the judge acknowledged the plan was legal. A lie you have said more than once and is a COMPLETE FABRICATION by you.

If she had, she would have dismissed the case months ago when the government asked her to. Instead, she denied the government's motion to dismiss, explicitly ruling that the plaintiffs had a valid legal case that needs to go to a full trial.

The case is ongoing because the court still has to determine if the NPS violated federal preservation laws. Putting a temporary hold on clear-cutting until that trial happens isn't 'micromanaging'—it's standard legal procedure to keep the government from destroying the evidence before a verdict is reached.
