Renee Good's family sues Trump administration over fatal Minneapolis shooting

but it would be an absolute disaster if they went in to do a dangerous raid and then a school bus full of children drove by.
They were raiding a school drop off, so they were specifically trying to raid a school with school buses full of children driving by. The whole point was what you admit is a disaster.

Hell, even people pouring cement for a sidewalk can do traffic control.
They cannot do traffic enforcement, which is what you are claiming.

any federal law enforcement agency, including ICE since it is enforcing immigration law, conducting an operation within the US CONTROLS the area like a crime scene.
ICE can come into your house, take control over it, and declare new laws? No they cannot.

Legally, no they cannot. However, the system is set up against the citizenry and any law enforcement branch can and will do whatever it wants to do to you, leaving you to deal with the aftermath and years of pursuing whatever justice you feel you deserve. But only if the courts agree.

If ICE does something illegal, they are supposed to go to prison, just like anyone else. They are no above the law.

They were supposed to let local law enforcement investigate the homicide, and not obstruct justice.

You really are retarded. Ever hear of Google Maps? The give away, if you look at the videos, is all of the cars on the street, both sides, are parked facing one way. All of the vehicles, except Goode's blocking traffic are moving the same direction. It is a one-way street you retard.

That’s not a death penalty offense. Obstruction of the police is not a death penalty offense.

The sole question is whether a law enforcer who, in violation of standard good practice, placed himself in front of that vehicle before he stepped away from harm, was truly at life threatening risk and was he then justified in the use deadly force to save his own life.

Two things are going to happen unless an out 0f court settlement is reached:

1) A decision on that will be made.

2) The subpoena power of discovery is going to make a lot of stuff about the backdrop of these ICE operations public.

We are apt to know a lot more about ALL of this before this is finished. (Not that MAGA will avail themselves of this knowledge).

Nope. There is nothing clear about any video presented, other than Ross was in front of the car and Good ran him over.

You use the word "clearly" to describe the unclear things as you wish them to be in your HATRED for America and for We the People.
The fact that you haven't watched the videos I linked to doesn't mean they weren't presented.
Here they are again
at :42. 2:29 and 5:29 we see video that show her turning her wheels to the right away from the agent.
I made no speculations. I supported everything I said, including the testimony of people who were there, as opposed to people who claim that their lies are somehow "clearly" shown in video that doesn't show anything.
Really? When do you provide evidence of Ross being "run over?" Or did you forget you said that and never provided any evidence of that happening.
So does peanut butter.

You are not capable of being honest.

Say it: "Renee Good drove her car into Jonathan Ross, struck him and caused internal bleeding." Once you do, we might be able to have a productive conversation. Otherwise, you are pushing a completely false narrative.
Hmm... It seems even you now are not claiming he was "run over." Are you denying you said he was "run over?"

the suits were filed at the beginning of the month and the government/agents have not yet responded. They will request qualified immunity and they will get it.
Is the USA government an ICE agent? The government can NOT claim qualified immunity since the government is not an employee of the government.

The first suit is against the government since the individual agent can't be sued under tort law. So it is the government itself that is the defendant. Qualified immunity doesn't apply.

You're standard is the Left is in the right, the cops are in the wrong, unless the cops are doing what the Left wants doing.
I just rechecked the video. She is not blocking both lanes of traffic. She is only blocking one lane and the bike lane. This is a still from Ross's video as he walks around her parked vehicle. Just one second before this still, the video shows a vehicle driving by in the unblocked lane.

Enough. She was illegally blocking traffic flow, not to mention being in the bike lane which is for bicycles. You cannot park your car sideways across a lane of traffic on some street just because you want to. You are trying to justify her criminal actions.

They were raiding a school drop off,
No they were not lol.
The whole point was what you admit is a disaster.
That is the [second] most idiotic take imaginable.
They cannot do traffic enforcement, which is what you are claiming.
They don't "do traffic enforcement", but FYI the way you're wording it means that they can't set up radar traps and just patrol the freeway looking for speeders, etc...

But they are LEOs, and when citizens use vehicles to obstruct them then they absolutely have the authority to arrest them for that.
ICE can come into your house, take control over it, and declare new laws? No they cannot.
Now ^that^ one is the most idiotic take imaginable. I will edit my first comment.

in what statute or us code does it say that?

The FTCA and the courts give the federal government sovereign immunity, if they choose. The agent himself will get qualified immunity.

You don't seem to understand what winter is.
Then you keep arguing that ICE are traffic cops. They are not. You are only showing repeatedly how they acted outside their mission which results in them being responsible.

in what statute or us code does it say that?
You can start with the tenth amendment. States have the power to investigate killings in their state. Blocking that investigation would be considered a crime under most circumstances. Refusing to turn over evidence would be considered a crime. Hiding evidence would be considered a crime.

I wonder what you think parking enforcement is. A federal offense? Illegal parking is a traffic offense. Stopping to block one lane of traffic when there are two lanes is a traffic offense. It is called double parking. The question becomes what was the intent of the federal agents in stopping. Was it to control traffic? Was it to harass someone they could have driven around? What did they think was their legal justification? It is becoming harder and harder to justify their actions as we look at the evidence.
But they are LEOs, and when citizens use vehicles to obstruct them then they absolutely have the authority to arrest them for that.
They were NOT obstructed. One lane of traffic was clear and vehicles were using it. Federal agents chose to NOT drive in that lane.

It doesn't come close to some of your statements that are delusional.

my original claim stands proven here. most of you know nothing about the law, or how it works.

I answered your question about what gives states the right to investigate. In response you claim I know nothing about the law. Thanks for being an idiot. It gave me a good laugh.

The state of Minnesota has sued the federal government to get access to all the evidence. That suit cites several court rulings along with the Constitution.

After you get done reading all the documents, get back to me on what you know that they don't.

ICE is not allowed to "control" areas.
They are allowed to control areas, same as any law enforcement officer.
They do not enforce state laws,
They can, and they do. Mostly they work to enforce federal laws. Renee Good was violating federal law.
and traffic laws are state laws.
There are both State and federal traffic laws, Wally. Obviously you have never obtained or used a CDL.
They do not enforce general federal laws.
Yes they do, Wally.

Here Wally is yet another idiot headed for jail (or worse). This 'sovereign citizen' BS is going to cause him a lot of hurt someday.

No one said that they would randomly control an area, but it would be an absolute disaster if they went in to do a dangerous raid and then a school bus full of children drove by.

Hell, even people pouring cement for a sidewalk can do traffic control.
Hell, I'VE done traffic control. Power lines were down everywhere in the aftermath of a severe windstorm a couple of years ago. Police were busy, and power crews needed someone to help, since all the other traffic control folks were busy with other crews.

...and my pay for it? Some driver gave me a tin of sugar cookies as thanks. You might say it was sweet pay!
