The 10 year statute of limitations on citizenship has run out, so it really does not matter if her father lied... That being said there is no logical reason to believe he did lie, and past investigations totally cleared him of lying.

So lets think that one through. Her age was originally represented at age 8, and then become mildly interesting 9 years later. You need to prove that she, not her father, somehow knew 9 years before the exact timeline of her immigration process... That is not happening.
And how important was it? Omar was the youngest of seven siblings. Six of them had no trouble getting citizenship over age 18. In fact, it was a problem that she was under 18, and had to go through a different process.
So magically she knew exactly the timeline of her immigration process 9 years before it happened, used some sort of magic to convince her father to fill out the forms with fraudulent information, that all made it more difficult to get citizenship? All with her Congressional staffers who had not been born yet?
