He has usu-red the power of the Congress in imposing tariffs and conducting war outside the authority of the War Powers Act. Both worthy of investigation. There are also potential violations of misuse of the DOJ similar to what Nixon stepped down to avoid impeachment on.

The court dismissed on two grounds. Lack of their standing to resolve, placing it outside their jurisdiction, and moot as Trump had left office.
NONE, ZERO, NADA of the courts resolved the case. NONE, ZERO, NADA declared the accusations had no basis, no support, for the claims.
The historical definition of an emolument is : as a profit, gain, salary, or advantage received from employment, an office, or business dealings.
Trump has clearly seen economic advantage of business dealings while holding office. In this term he has made crypto deals with entities he was conducting government business with, having his son’s concerns complete those deals. He did the same with Arab potentates, conducting real estate deals through Trump Inc. while doing the business if the federal government with them.
