Ilhan Omar’s Shady Castle Starts to Crumble

Your claim does not make sense from a simple time point of view. Somalian immigration was started by Reagan, and most of it was ended by Clinton. That was decades before Obama was President. Most of the immigrants admitted into the USA by Obama would not have had citizenship by the time of Omar running in 2018.

Omar applied for refugee status in 1991, when Bush the elder was President. I guess he is the one you should be blaming. Though the program does go back to Reagan, so you could blame him.

Both Bush and Reagan are already dead, so you cannot hang them for what you claim is treason. Maybe we can disband the political party they were in, and hang whoever is the leader of that party... :bigthink:
Oh, I'm sorry, Clinton AND Obama did that.
:fu:
Over 100K Somali pirates imported in the dead of night on airplanes and dispersed around America.
Near Fort Hood, Chattanooga, Minneapolis, STFU, Wrongboi.

Oh, I'm sorry, Clinton AND Obama did that.
The Somalia immigration programs started under Reagan, and were phased out early in the Clinton years. Obama literally had nothing to do with it. Clinton's involvement was to shut it down.

Over 100K Somali pirates imported in the dead of night on airplanes and dispersed around America.
Somalis applied for refugee status from refugee camps outside Somalia. When they got visas, the flew to the USA on commercial flights. They then decided for themselves where they wanted to live in the USA. For instance, originally Omar's family chose to live close to DC, in Arlington, but years later found that Minnesota had a larger Somali population.

The Somali pirates became an issue a decade or two later, so no Somali pirates.

Near Fort Hood
There are almost no Somalis near Fort Hood. It is in the middle of nowhere Texas. Outside of those serving on the military base, I can think of no reason that any Somali-Americans would want to live in the area. Their food is not available in the area, their religion is not practiced in the area, and no one speaks their language in the area.

Chattanooga
The last census found there were 5 Somalis in Chattanooga. That is not 500, 5k, 5 million, that is 5. That is what we like to call 0%. You may argue that it is not actually 0%, but any sane rounding puts that at 0%.

Do you know what a minyam is? It does not directly apply to Somalis, but it is a good way to describe why there are not Somalis around Fort Hood, or in Chattanooga.

A Jewish minyam is 10 Jewish adult men who are needed for many Jewish services. Any less than that, and you do not have a Jewish community that can have Jewish services. That means that any Jews in such a place are isolated, and do not want to be there. While other cultures do not have a word for this, they almost all have the concept.

If that becomes the new legal system, I say we deport all trump supporters next time we get a Democratic Secretary of State.

But somehow I doubt we will adopt Nazi Bitch's Nazi system.
Do you have anything except ad homs, Wrong Way Wally?

Of course you don’t.
Omar refugee status was applied for when she was 8 years old. It would have been her father who legally did it.

It is past the 10 years statute of limitations on the citizenship, so if you are looking to prove that anything on the original application is a lie, you have to prove it was a lie sworn to by Omar. Once again, Omar was 8 years old, so did not swear to anything. That makes any questions about her age, or name meaningless.

It also opens up real questions about the internet nonsense about age and name. How would Omar's father know a decade before to change her age? If she included all her possible names, and listed Omar as her legal name, it is her legal name.
No, wrong again, Wrong Way Wally.

, Ilhan Omar's refugee status and arrival in the United States were not applied for or received when she was 8 years old.
  • Fleeing Somalia at age 8: Omar was about 8 years old in 1991 when the Somali Civil War forced her family to flee Mogadishu for a refugee camp in Kenya. [1, 2]

    • Time in the refugee camp: Her family spent approximately four years living in the Kenyan refugee camp. [1, 2]
    • Arrival in the U.S. at age 12: She and her family were granted refugee status and arrived in the United States (settling in Arlington, Virginia) in 1995, when she was around 12 years old.
You are still batting zero, WWW.

Broaddrick named not only the year, but down to the exact minute the assault occurred. Further, she immediately reported it to Arkansas State Troopers who confirm her story.

Of course Broaddrick didn't write a book talking about how "sexy" it would be to be publicly "ravaged" by powerful men, the way EEEEEEEEEGENE did.

So how many men DID Carroll accuse of fulfilling her fantasy? Should we ask Les Moonves?
Oh, look at you - still not over Clinton's success in evading being rail-roaded by Republicans.

Get over it, trumptard.

So many Republican rapists. It's hard to keep count!

"Beyond a reasonable doubt."

Perhaps you've heard this phrase watching Law & Order reruns. It is the measure of finding guilt in criminal proceedings. It is NOT the measure for civil suits.

A jury doesn't have to be certain of the facts in civil law. The absurdity of the story EEEEEEEEGENE fabricated could not withstand the scrutiny of criminal law - which is why the party used a civil court with a hand picked judge, known for his hatred of the President in a district that went 97% for Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election.

This was a farce, a show trial.

Word salad.
Yes. You don't believe in our system of justice - unless you win. Just like you treat elections - "either we win or you cheated".

So lame!

Just wildly flinging shit to distract from the facts?

I'm not surprised. There is no excuse for the Lawfare assault on the American Justice System perpetrated by the Biden Junta and your party.
"Lawfare" is going after Comey for sea shells and after Kelly for quoting the code of military justice.

trumpism is lawfare on steroids. But you know this.

Ilhan Omar's refugee status and arrival in the United States were not applied for or received when she was 8 years old.
You are half wrong. Her father fled Somalia and applied for refugee status to the USA. That takes years to get, so she spent four years in a refugee camp in Kenya. After four years, she received a refugee visa to enter the USA.

So she applied to enter the USA at age 8. She received refugee status also from age 8, but that is quite different from a refugee visa. She got her refugee visa at age 12, and immediately came to the USA.

Arrival in the U.S. at age 12: She and her family were granted refugee status and arrived in the United States (settling in Arlington, Virginia) in 1995, when she was around 12 years old.
She got into the refugee camp, because she had refugee status. She got into the USA four years later, because she had a refugee visa. She applied for the refugee visa when she was 8.

She went through all the legal steps to become a US citizen. Taking it away from her is going to be tough.

When the Secretary of State is a Democrat, would you just accept that he has an absolute right to deport you?
If I had obtained my citizenship illegally, yes, any Sec. of State could deport me, Wrong Way Wally.or if he/she determined that the person presented a security risk to the US. I’ve already posted all of this, WWW. Pay attention.

That isn’t the case with me though.

The Sec. of State will be a Republican for the two years and two months of President Trump’s term and then Vance or Rubio will select the Sec. of State for four more years.

Well, Wrong Way Wally, you admit that you lied about her arrival age.

You are not half wrong, WWW, you are 100% wrong.

You need to pay attention to what a federal judge did, several weeks before an election.

What about filing a joint tax return with someone who wasn’t her husband, WWW?

Who determines the "illegally" point you make there? The secretary of State alone as he is deporting someone?

Could the SS just say "Earl got here illegally", not have that questioned or have to defend it and then deport you and you would support it as he said you got here illegally?

I'll just leave this here. lol

Wrong Way Wally:

Legal analyst Jonathan Turley has stated that while criminal statutes of limitations may apply to certain original immigration or marriage-fraud acts, civil denaturalization proceedings do not have a statute of limitations. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Key legal points regarding his analysis and denaturalization law:
    • Civil Denaturalization Has No Time Limit: Under civil immigration and nationality laws (such as proceedings under 8 U.S.C. § 1451), the federal government can pursue the revocation of U.S. citizenship at any time if it is alleged that the citizenship was illegally procured or acquired through material misrepresentation.
    • Ongoing Filings and New Allegations: Turley has noted that public figures or members of Congress—such as Rep. Ilhan Omar, who has been the subject of ongoing scrutiny and investigations regarding her immigration history—frequently sign official government paperwork and candidate forms over the years. If those subsequent filings repeat or rely on disputed information, they can potentially trigger fresh legal or administrative scrutiny.
    • Willful vs. Innocent Errors: Turley and legal summaries point out that the government has argued that material misrepresentations or even significant errors made during the naturalization process—if they would have legally barred the person from obtaining citizenship in the first place—can serve as a basis for civil denaturalization actions
