Thanks. Yeah, we just pay twice/year as well. IF we don't hear anything soon Mr. Owl will call them. Maybe they'll give you a credit towards your next bill?

I'm not sure, but I believe that's what they will be doing. I believe she said the discount will be on my next bill.

Yes- anybody in need can visit the shaman for free and those requiring constant attention can be housed in the medical igloo for nothing. All this for a 5% tax on our annual lichen crop.
