I never claimed that.

If you go back and look at my post, I listed several groups of people who contribute to the gun violence problem in the US, with the thugs who pull the trigger being at the top of the list and the gun dealers being just one of the rest.

And BTW... not all guns used in crimes come directly from legal dealers. Many, if not most are stolen from idiot gun owners (iow average gun owners) who are too lazy and irresponsible to lock them up safely.

How does that bring back the dead people that they kill prior to being locked up for life?

How big of a tax increase are you willing to pay for to keep building and staffing the prisons required to house and feed all these criminals?

How many people are killed by criminals who have a previvors gun charge? Take them out will save many many life's. People may think twice before they rob a store with a gun


I bet the killer above has a previous gun charge or a felon....and also give ANY felon caught with a gun 25 years no parole!

we need to make sentences tougher and no parole not target law abiding citizens buying a gun

If someone robs a store with a gun and does not shoot anyone.;;; Its armed robbery for a first offence he may get 8 years and out in 3. Second time he does it he may kill someone, lock him up for life he will never get that chance


How many life's would have been saved in last 10 yrs if every criminal that used a gun in a crime was locked up for life or 25 years no parole?

How many people out on parole have used a gun to kill someone? A LOT, no more parole u get 15 years u do 15 years if he is in jail he cant get a gun!

This will save lives not some stupid gun law like Gun Free Zones etc

So you have no answer as to how you plan to bring back the dead people they killed with guns prior to being arrested, tried and convicted.

What if they get arrested and tried but acquitted or released for lack of evidence?

In America, the state still needs to provide a jury with solid evidence in order to convict.

You talk like every killer gets caught, arrested, tried and convicted when in fact, they often get away with several crimes prior to being imprisoned.

You still haven't answered the question about the dead victims of gun violence committed prior to these criminals being caught.

You cannot arrest and convict someone for murder until AFTER they commit a murder.

So there will still be victims who DIE and others who will be scarred and disabled for life.

So answer the question about what you plan to do to bring these dead victims back to life and restore the maimed bodies of those wounded by gunfire.

And how many prisons do you think will have to be built to continue shoving these criminals into?

How many US tax dollars do yo think it will cost to build and staff all the new prisons you'll need to put these criminals in?
