Maybe some of them are stolen, but most of the stolen guns are stolen from so-called "responsible gun owners" who are too stupid, lazy and cheap to buy a secure gun safe and keep them locked up.

A lot of these assholes have their guns stolen out of their cars because apparently, gun owners don't have the God-given common sense to take them inside their house.

And your 30% number is bullshit.

Most offenders, especially violent ones, have to serve 85% before even being considered for parole.
