A little education for our Maga/Alt-Right friends.

Matty lashes out in a drunken rage because what I said hit him where he lives.
He, like his maga/alt-right influencers and politicos, make a confession of their own mindsets and actions with each accusation.
Pity he can't logically or factually debunk the OP .... hence his frustration. Now let's watch him just pull the usual revisionist, false rhetoric along with ad hominem (his ilk's favorite accusation).

Laugh, clown, laugh. 🫵:chesh:

Man, talk about one triggered drunken, sheet wearing, lying Maga POS!

All this mental flatulence because little Matty and friends can't logically or factually debunk the OP. They keep saying they do, but as the chronology of the posts shows, they just go into parrot mode when I present valid source documentation that disproves their rhetoric. Matty's so frustrated, he's resorted to using a racial slur in conjunction with the old "good negroes" and "why, some of my best friends are black" tropes that are older than him!

Thanks for showing the readers your true colors, Matty. You're dismissed.

Responses per your sentences:

1. Prove it with facts from valid sources and documentation.
2. Then it should be easy to link that post or give it's number .... if you can't or won't, then you're lying.
3. You should pay attention, as the OP was about systemic (look up the definition) racism and did NOT blame any one political party. If you can prove otherwise with quotes, please do. If not, then you're lying again. And if you can historically prove that red lining and the bias in the GI bill EQUALLY affected poor white folk and European immigrants, then do so. If not, then you're guilty of revisionist rhetoric.
You're the one who's trying to make a serious claim based off of a TikTok video.

Google it you fkn lazy little twat.

There was no such thing as a credit rating back then, banks decided what areas they wanted to give out mortgages in based on the location and condition of the houses.

When you play Monopoly do you feel like all properties have an equal value, and then just never upgrade your more valuable properties? And then call the winner a racist?

If you had a chance to invest in coca cola or Ed's Chikkin Ranch, with three broken-down trucks in the front yard, do you think that they are equally valuable? Are they equally good investments?

If you have $5M to lend out to people who want mtgs, do you lend to 2 doctors buying $2.5M properties or a whole bunch of people buying trailers in a mobile home park?

  • Few people concerned with racial equality and the effects of racism on American cities are not familiar with the maps created by the Home Owners’ Loan Corporation (HOLC) in the late 1930s. In recent years, those maps have been repeatedly singled out as a major, or even themajor driving force behind today’s patterns of urban racial inequity, whether measured in terms of housing quality, environmental conditions, or health disparities. Nearly a hundred academic papers, and even more media articles, blogs, commentaries, and lesson guides have pointed to the maps as the roots of conditions as varied as abandoned housing, diabetes incidence, and lack of tree cover. But is this story true? What role, if any, did the maps actually play?

A closer look tells a very different story. But to tell that story, a little background is needed.
  • The HOLC and Its Maps

The Home Owners’ Loan Corporation was created in 1933 as a New Deal response to the greatest foreclosure crisis the United States had ever seen. The HOLC bought distressed home mortgage loans from banks and borrowed money from the U.S. Treasury to restructure the loans so the homeowners could stay in their homes. From June 1933 to June 1936, when the HOLC’s authority to make loans sunsetted, it refinanced roughly 1 million mortgages, or nearly one of every five existing nonfarm mortgages in the United States. The HOLC did not make mortgages to new homebuyers.

At the end of 1935, the HOLC began to hire local real estate professionals to make what it called “residential security” maps of their cities. Each city was divided into many small areas, which were then evaluated for housing, environmental, social, and economic conditions. Each area was classified as A (best, or green), B (blue), C (yellow), or D (worst, or red).

  • How Were the Maps Used?

Nobody knows exactly why the HOLC commissioned the maps. By the time the first maps were made, the HOLC was almost completely out of the lending business. Moreover, during the three years the HOLC bought mortgages and made loans, its racial track record was, for the time, remarkable; it bought and restructured large numbers of mortgages belonging to homeowners in the D areas, and most notably, provided a startling number of mortgages to struggling Black homeowners. The proportion of Black homeowners helped by the HOLC was 95 percent of the proportion of white homeowners helped.
Also, go fuck yourself and your revisionist history, TaiChiLiberal.

We have people like you in Canada right now trying to pretend that the residential schools for the first nations people were built as rape-paradises and to commit genocide aginst them. They want us to believe that every kid was raped and no one got an education there. And not only are they trying to push that BS narrative, they even tried to criminalize any attempt at clarification. They call it "residential school denialism" and our gov't was going to criminalize any denial of the 100% rape/genocide story.

In case you're uninformed about our rez schools (of course you are), when they were formed, boarding schools were common, first nations people had no fixed addresses and moved around seasonally, and they were a stone age culture. My great grandma was a teacher and she carried a gun while she rode her horse to school in the dark. In winter. When there were actual wolves still around. There was no Prius with A/C and a heater for her, and no cell phone to call the cops... there was just her, a horse, and a .32 calibre pistol.

Nikola Tesla graduated university in the same year as the first res school was started. So tell me, how racist and genocidal was it to try to educate stone-age people? They didn't even have fkn bronze. They lived in stone-age homes during the Canadian winter.

The rez school revisionist history BS is same shit that you're doing. You're looking at a revisionist history version of something that happened so long ago that the people who did it aren't alive anymore to defend themselves.

I LOVE it when you sheet wearing schmucks with delusions of intelligence latch onto one persons analysis on aspects of history and attach it to your personal supposition and conjecture along with trying to throw in the historical kitchen sink (bits and parts) of history to produce a revised reality to fit your narrative.

Here's an appropos to the Shelter Force information that Mr. Mallach wants to override, as he claims "Nobody knows exactly why the HOLC commissioned the maps" . Then he admits that the FHA maps "disappeared". Hmm, yet he builds his entire analysis on an unknown origin. And yes, other folk were on the "D" list, but as history shows, black folk became a primary target in the few years to come regarding economic growth. Then he plays the old "numbers" game to try and dilute the blatant racism of suburban red lining, because the majority of folks that migrated to the suburbs were white.

Well DUH? That's the fucking point. Once there, these folk did NOT want to see or hear black folk or whatever other "minority" they did not like.

Do a little research regarding "white flight".

The Home Owners' Loan Corporation (HOLC): The New Deal Program That Saved Homes and Created a Legacy of Division

Imagine it’s the early 1930s. The Great Depression is a raging economic hurricane, and your family's home is a small boat caught in the storm. The bank, which only gave you a short-term loan, is demanding a massive payment you can't possibly make. All around you, neighbors are losing their homes to Foreclosure; nearly a thousand families a day are being put out on the street. It feels hopeless. Then, a massive rescue ship appears on the horizon, sent by the government. This ship is the Home Owners' Loan Corporation (HOLC). It offers to buy your unpayable Mortgage from the bank and give you a new, much more manageable loan with lower monthly payments spread over many years. For a million American families, this ship was a miracle that allowed them to keep their homes. But the HOLC's rescue mission had a dark side. To decide which homes were “safe” to rescue, the HOLC's captains drew maps of every major city, coloring neighborhoods green for “best,” blue for “still desirable,” yellow for “definitely declining,” and red for “hazardous.” Neighborhoods with minority families, immigrants, or even just older housing stock were almost always colored red. This practice, known as Redlining, meant the government rescue ship would sail right past these “hazardous” areas, leaving them to the storm. This decision not only denied help to those who needed it most but also formally stamped these communities as unworthy of investment, creating a legacy of racial segregation and economic inequality that we are still grappling with today.

This looks at it totally wrong.

The loans, as stated in the narrative, were handed out on ability to repay and the worth of assets against which the loan was taken. That's common sense. Giving a loan to someone with no equity, no likelihood of equity growth, and little means to pay the loan back is taking serious risk of default.

Why the fuck do think there are payday and car title loan places today? They don't get people who have means and equity as customers. They get the dregs. They charge 30% + on those loans because they know there's a very high default rate. They are in business to make a profit not do social welfare work.

And as history shows .black folk were denied to certain areas regardless of whether they had the down-payment cash or solid credit score. So no matter how many pivots and detours you take, the bottom line of the OP remains a solid matter of history, matter of fact.

I've never said there was some racism involved too, but the primary reason was related to banks making money off loans they though would be repaid rather than loaning to people based on race or some other non issue.

Ya and with debt there is

1) Ability to repay

2) Willingness to repay

Based upon black performance, for example learning and accomplishing things being labeled acting white...I wonder what the bankers were seeing on black mortgages.

Nice try, but banks ALWAYS evaluated potential loans. Racial discrimination came along as black folk started to actual move up the socio-economic scale post civil war, the official end of slavery, passing if Civil Rights acts. Look up "white flight to the suburbs" and the origins of Levittown (as seen in the OP video).

What's "totally wrong" is your myopic analysis tha keeps trying to minimize, negate or deny the historical reality and impact of racism in the developing housing market.

Pointing out stringent bank loan policies in general does not erase the added burden of racial discrimination placed upon black folk ... a matter if history, a matter if fact.

What burns your ass is that you knee jerk denial of the reality of America's congenital racism does not stand against the historical facts. My previous assessment of Mallach"s premise stands. The OP stands. You'll just :seenoevil::hearnoevil: to it and repeat yourself 6 ways to Sunday. Carry on

That is just a revisionist history lesson, TaiChi.

The same people who scream "Trump is a racist" when they know that's not true are screaming "redlining was purely racist policy against blacks", and no amount of facts will compel you to stop screaming. And screaming works, because there are always pitchfork-cultists who will join a good scream session.

Fact: just like they couldn't save all the mtgs in 2008, they couldn't save al the mtgs in the thirties. But what do you do: save as many as you can, or just throw money at the wall and lose them all? Think of it as mtg triage... Just like with medical triage, you prioritize people who can be saved and people who can't. And a person who could maybe be saved with 4 hrs of treatment from a medical team will be let go, because those 4 hrs could save 8 other people who will most likely live.

You don't even know what discrimination is you fkn weasel, and when you see actual bigotry, you deny it.

Discrimination is like in the ME when the Ottoman Empire had religious bigotry codified into law. For 600 years straight, with no break. Non-muslims couldn't testify in court against muslims, they couldn't ride horses or camels, they weren't allowed to wear certain colours, their boys could be seized from the home and force-converted to islam to serve in the army, muslims were allowed to marry any woman they wanted, but non-muslims couldn't marry muslim women. Temple Mount was built 1600 years before islam, and was one of the Jews holiest sites, but muslims allege that Mohammed made some kind of spiritual "night journey" there, so Jews were banned from there for about 300 years. That's real bigotry. It's the exact bigotry that made it so important for Jews to have their own homeland. That's why you can't acknowledge it.

Now you wanna act like a Demonrat system of mtg-lending that affected people of all colours was the worst act discrimination ever, because you're a hater and a cultist dipshit.

Yep, another confession.

Maga mooks and alt-right rummies always default to childish memes when they can't argue/debate effectively. And like I said, each one of their responses is a confession to their past actions and statements.
You keep on saying MAGA like it's some kind of pejorative, but it's not. It just means "A person who was smart enough to not support Biduhhn or Harris Twit."

Demonrat, Demi, Leftist, leftard, vax-fascist, vax-cultist, and Liberal are examples of actual pejoratives, because just like saying "retarded" refers to a person who has an actual disability, being a leftist is proof that you have diminished mental capacity.

For example: If you ask random people this simple question, 90% of conservatives can easily knock it outta the park, but no leftards can answer it correctly:
  • Does taking the covid 'vaccine' mean that you can't get sick, and you can't give covid to granny?
I defy you to try to answer that question without either looking stupid or throwing your cult leaders under the bus... I promise you that I can prove how fucking stupid you are if you do anything but plead the 5th. And that's why "leftist" is an actual pejorative... Being a leftist is proof that you're a fuckin' idiot.

If one wants an example of the intellectual limitations of the maga/alt-right mindset, just look at the triggered response of this clown from Canada.

The topic of the thread deals with the historical fact of America's congenital racism and how it shapes and blinds folks about white privilege.

The chronogy of the posts shows how I used facts and logical analysis to deconstruct WCM's counter declarations. Then I point out to another poster how WCM's ilk live to hurl accusations that they themselves are guilty of. Triggered, WCM shot guns the standard pivot/dodge to avoid conceding a point, then stupidly declares that my not responding to his dodge is some type all encompassing "victory/vidication" ... a ploy only approved of by the intellectually dishonest. Let's watch WCM further dig his grave. :cof1:

:palm: Oh Matty, Matty, Matty .... so triggered by a simple video that tells a few truisms about America, he just sputters and fumes like a fool.

Pay attention, gumby: Chattel Slavery began in 1619 and ended (officially) in 1865. That's 246 years. In that time, there was an estimated 4 million black slaves in America before the end of the Civil War. By 1830 there were an estimated 4 thousand freed blacks that owned slaves who owned between 12 - 20 thousand slave. When slavery ended Jim Crow laws were initiated, so freed blacks and former slave blacks were on equal footing, so to speak. That nonsense didn't end until 1968 ... 103 years in total.

Now, as I said to others earlier, if a person can trace through records their ancestry to an African slave that was owned by a family or business that is STILL thriving today, then they could petition for reparations .... providing Congress enacts such laws. That goes for corporations and idividuals regardless of race, creed or color. Capice?

But this is a slight detour from the OP, of which you cannot debunk. And just to ensure you don't waste more time and space with your BS:
