Had Dump and company got off their butts and addressed this stuff the moment they were notified (like Obama did), we wouldn't have the death rate and other stuff we have now. Nope. I'm just pointing out that while this is a serious disease, it's NOT the apocalypse the MSM have us believe. It is as bad as it is because Dump and company didn't do their jobs regarding medical infrastructure and preparation when they got the heads up ....similar can be said for some state politicians (i.e, Andrew Cuomo in NYC), especially after the H1N1 and Ebola scares of recent past.

I think the dope was trying to refer to the resistance some bacteria and viruses are developing through over-use of anti-biotics. But his inability to articulate even the most known facts is appalling.
