I would take it a step further and say that he might be 'fit' to serve, based on his record as a sitting judge. He's not 'worthy' of serving, and he proved it on Thursday. He feels that 'doing well in school' gives him the right to get the seat.

We can't blame him. He led a life of privilege, and was taught that this seat was his birthright.

This is not a criminal proceeding. If and when K gets to criminally investigated, then he can be entitled to a presumption of innocence.
