Nay. The value of religion is in transmitting guidelines, only some of which pertain to morality. Religion is a set of doctrinal assumptions that guide one in life. Religion could be related to health, e.g. Kosher laws, Halaal rules, Shinto cleanliness/purification, Buddhist vegetarianism and moderation, etc. Similarly, religious guidelines could be financial in nature, e.g. Islamic banking and contract rules steer Muslims away from interest, gambling and scams, Judaism devotes more attention to commerce than to morality issues, Christianity proslytizes business ethics, resource planning and utilization, etc.the value of religion is in transmitting some kind of moral guidelines.
Of course there are more.
