But Obama, being the foreign policy failure that he was, insisted on pulling the troops out regardless of the advice form the former President and his generals. Then when ISIS moved in, he stupidly and sarcastically called them JV.

Lastly, there is ZERO evidenced supporting your moronic claims that ISIS resulted from disbanding Saddam's army.
