This is NOT on Obama (Foundation -the Property Owner/Custodian) and is a dispute between the Contractor and Subcontractor and Trade until it there is settlement or judgment.

Obama and his foundation are RIGHT to stay out of it until that is settled.

If you have :

- Property Owner
- General COntractor
- Subcontractor
- HVAC project

And a dispute breaks out between GC and SubC then ABSOLUTELY NOT does the Property Owner just jump in and pay the sub contractor without proof of the sub contractor claims being leigt.

Many times the reason the Sub trade has not been paid is legit and the ST would lose in court and yet Stone is saying 'jump the process and pay them all regardless'.

That is just dumb and Stone thinks that as he is dumb and has no business near a construction project nor speaking about them.

the biggest problem with these magats is they do not have the common sense to not jump in and start lecturing people, as if experts, in areas they clearly do not understand or have the back ground to do so.

That is clear of Stone here who does not understand why no Owner would must jump past his Contractor and pay a dispute with a trade before that dispute is settled.

In big projects with hundreds of trades it is very common for a handful of those trades have payments by the Contractor withheld or even their contracts cancelled for not delivering the service as per the contract.

Stone saying the Owner, in those cases would just jump past the GC and start writing checks to the trades is simply his ignorance of the process. That does not happen.

Stone at least tries to defend his position and make arguments before failing and resorting to his memes.

I appreciate that effort as it allows us to expose how truly ignorant most magats are on these topics that they speak as if experts on or as if they have facts. Stone gives us the chance to expose how what he thinks is wrong and he can admit it, as he did above. Most magats are just chat bot talking point machines who spam and there is no attempt to justify or defend their stance. They just want to repeat it.
