it's a mental health issue.
guns are a right all americans have. self protection is a god given right.
This was a case of the kid being picked on because he was wealthy, got picked on in school .
Lots of kids get picked on for lots of reasons .
Im going out on a limb here and think he has always been a pussy and his parents never told him to stand up for your self.
Most kids if they stand up for themselves end up not bring bullied as much .
No bully wants to get punched in the face every time he screws with you.
This goes back to poor parenting thug culture also. When I grew up you used your fists feet and knees to settle differences now kids pick up guns cowards
