That's not actually true, there is no absolute right to bodily autonomy, there is no right to suicide, there is no right to inject yourself with heroin, hell you don't even have the right to attempt experimental life saving medical treatment if it hasn't been approved by the FDA, so these people are very selective about what constitutes a right.
